I was in a terrible jam last night...had a blowout on MacArthur, and it was before the 6 p.m. closing. These service techs were excellent. They put up with me being flustered after an already tough day..and did an outstanding job on my tire! I will be back...cannot say enough nice things about these guys!

Marcus and the entire team are super. I had a damaged car from the rain and couldnt get to work. They took care of it promptly and since it was a small fix, they did not even charge me !

Very friendly staff, my boyfriend had previously brought my car here when my tire popped and one of the studs broke while he was replacing it. Afterwards I noticed a scraping sound so I brought it back, they were very kind to take the time to make sure it was safe to drive and to correct any error that was causing that sound. Really appreciate it!

Amazing customer service, very friendly and straight to the point. Quote was given and explained thoroughly, and my car was fixed in no time. I appreciate not only how convenient it was since I live so close but appreciate how amazing this team is on being so professional and doing it gracefully. I’ve been taking my cars here for over 15 years, from everyday maintenance to major work I’ve brought it all here year after year. The staff is skilled, friendly, communicative, and ethical. They have always diagnosed the problem quickly and competently, given a fair price, and completed the work successfully. The best part is just how nice they are. Genuinely kind. Every staff member I have worked with is thoughtful, and really cares about their work. This is one of the best businesses I have ever patronized.

Would not recommend this place because lack of customer service. Ernie is an unhappy man who doesn’t work for U-Haul and thinks he can make calls for U-Haul . Just a guy on a power trip, trying to make other peoples lives more difficult. In the end it didn’t bother me i simply go somewhere else but for those of you who want to be treated with respect go elsewhere. Alex was cool.Ernie if you are reading this. I love you man , just don’t hate on fit younger guys . I bet your body is really inflamed and you don’t feel good about yourself and just in general because of what you eat. I say start with the carnivore diet to loose weight then maybe go for some Jogs if you can. Start by walking miles if you can’t jog. I would put more emphasis on the cardiovascular side and not so much weight training.Also maybe go move a few U-Haul boxes ? Cherio!

This shop is mostly fair have used them for years. But the last time I went and had about 600 dollars of work done. The did work that I was never called to authorize. When I push back about it that I was never called the did remove the charge. Then I go to pay the then inform me I will be charged to us my credit card a 2 or 3 % fee to pay for card processing. This is unacceptable they never have done this in the past and not tell me upfront is kinda messed up. It is crazy to me that they want to charge 130 an hour plus charging almost double for the same part I priced it after, they now expect customers to pay for a cost of doing business. Just think if Kroger or the gas station started to charge a process fee to use a card. After a decade of being in the area I have to start looking for a decent shop that does not expect the customer to cover cost that every business has to pay.

I highly recommend this Goodyear-121 on MacArthur. Popped in for an oil change in my classic car, once up, another major issue arose, they fixed it on the spot, an at a very reasonable price. This could have saved my life. Thank you, thank you !! Owner Marcus took on the challenge, Svc Mgr Jon spotted an fixed the danger. This was service above an beyond, refreshing, like the old days. I’ll definitely go back here for all work possible.

This place I normally go to for oil changes but I checked my oil this morning and I'm completely out of oil and still have 1000 miles left until my next oil change. Won't be back for it to happen again.

Guys are always awesome... when I used to be a delivery driver for a few auto stores.... this was one of my favorite stops...the best thing about being a delivery driver was you got to see how the shops, mechanics, or dealership handled customers...and I always enjoy how they treated them with respect and made sure everything was done in a timely manner...so whenever I needed them for my oil change, inspection or tires I trust them...they have the family trust and definitely would recommend them to anyone
