Clean and well organized. The employees do a great job of not damaging clothing when putting tags on.
This goodwill is especially great for household items and living room decor.
Prices are getting wild though and often don’t make a lot of sense. I understand that if you don’t like the price, don’t buy it, but for donated clothing that has no refund policy, you are often times only really taking 50-60% off new retail. That doesn’t really seem worth it for me personally - I suggest looking at other local thrift places for clothing.

Love this location. The staff is great! Chris, the manager when I went in today, went above and beyond to help me! Just great all around experiences every time I go in.

I never like to leave a bad review. And I rarely do, I love this goodwill. I normally go every week. The prices have gotten way out of control from. $70 for a pair of free people shorts(shorts that are donated ) is too much. I find good pricing but most stuff is getting way too high. On the smallest of things. My complaint is about rhe women working there last night, , she sits in a walker or something not sure she is definitely dry in her personality and was working last night. Today is 07/20. I’ve come across her before over the shorts and I joking said can’t you come down on the price since $70 is way to high for shorts at goodwill. She was very rude and said we can’t lose our jobs for you. Took me off guard because it was so rude. . I just shut up paid for my items and left . Yesterday evening she sat at the cashier register with a worker, a male, they are talking pretty poorly about another employee. The employee is I guess now leaving the store ? She should have stopped that since she is so big on not losing her job. When I got up to pay just the whole thing was bad. I had a $100, she couldn’t take it and was so short and rude about it but I also had a debit card. Keep in mind, I love this goodwill, her dry rude attitude just got me so upset I took my money and I left, I will never go back into that goodwill again. The lady is that rude. She will remember me. If you want to be professional first start by having your employee talks about each other private and in the break room not out where we can hear it. Be polite. Because both times I’ve encounter you, you’ve left a terrible taste in my mouth when the other workers have always been amazing, you know who you are.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Loved seeing smiles and hard workers. Been coming here off and on, but the store has turned around in a good way! Love to see it

I haven’t been to a Goodwill in many months until today and I am so blown away by the astronomical prices. What are you thinking?!?!
My husband found a basic ball cap (not designer) in a color he likes. It was filthy on the inside and the price was $12.99!!!!
I’m sure The Salvation Army is happily serving your former customers and helping more people in need than ever before thanks to the foolish decisions being made by Goodwill executives..Shame on you Goodwill!

This store no longer gives in store credit or takes returns. The items are donated. They do not pay a dime for them. HR is now pricing items not store employees. For a supposed non profit business they price way to high, and need to change their policy. No returns is going to drive customers away. Not to mention the clothing that is being put out on the floor has holes in it. Why should the customer be at fault when HR, and their store employees did not catch it. Goodwill is starting to think they are a retail store. Granted, not every goodwill store is like this.Goodwill you need to fix yourself before you drive the business into the ground. Your items are DONATED. Stop thinking your a luxury brand store. Your not.

Manager yelled at me at 8:45 telling me that the store is closed and all the registers are closed. Very rude . Then I see a customer run up to the register and check out. So rude to first yell at me then lie. If you’re closed then shut the doors.

Granted, I'll never figure out how pricing is done at Goodwills. How can something be priced higher than the retail original price? The ticket is still in in many cases. How can they charge $6.99 for a $2.00 Hobby Lobby glass vase? Or $4.99 for a chair???? Anyway, it doesn't stop me from looking for good deals. This Goodwill was one of the most organized I'd been to. Clean, orderly, and easy to find the type of items you're seeking. It's much smaller than most thrift stores I've been in but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Go informed that pricing doesn't make sense, so don't try. Just enjoy and have fun!

Have been shopping at this store for many years, but now, not so much. The only reason I go there at all is because it's the only thrift store close to me. The place has become a curated boutique, not a thrift store. No longer do I find interesting items at a reasonable price. Also, I suspect most of the donation are just discarded because they don't make the cut for the boutique. The store used to have a crowded parking lot and store. Now it doesn't because of prices and lack of merchandise. You would think they would notice that. Don't do there and don't donate to them.

I love this GW. See at the end why I gave four stars instead of five). The cashiers and floor team are very nice, and always helpful. Reading some reviews, some have mentioned it's not organized. As a frequent shopper, I have noticed a pattern.Overall this is a clean and organized store. Certain days of the week tend to have a more disorganized store. Most often, after a mad rush of people and children at the end of the day.Shoppers leave items such as clothing, in the glassware, toys are always strewn about the store after a large rush, clothes are off the hanger (on the floor or thrown on top of the rack), clothes are misplaced in different sizes or type.I do not attribute this to the store, but to a rush of some inconsiderate people while the employees are checking out the lines of people or helping customers carry large items to their car.I've seen many people walk in with their kids who immediately run to the toy section and run around the store while the parent ignores them and shops. This is extremely frustrating for other customers shopping yet having to navigate around unsupervised kids. The employees also have to ask the adults to watch their kids. Some parents don't like this and have become belligerent to employees.Another time, a woman was looking at purses and dropped them on the floor after looking at them. Not even a care to pick up the purses and put them back on the rack.Be a considerate shopper and I assure you, your shopping experience and check out will be much better. This week, I did notice, aside from clothing/shoes/books, anything priced individually are being priced higher than in the past, making it harder to justify the purchase of said items.
