I had a great experience buying my first home with the help of Global Home Finance. I worked with Cindy and she was fantastic! I chose to work with her over another lender that preapproved me just because she was more responsive and on top of things. She was always willing to answer my questions or provide me with a detailed explanation when needed. I had no problem with closing on time thanks to all of their hard work and diligence.

Great company!! I loved, loved, loved working with Steve!! He is so down to earth, very knowledgeable and helpful! He made my refinance less stressful, answered all of my questions, gave me the best solutions for my situation and guided me thru the entire process!! Although the interest rate was a little bit higher than we had hoped to get and my home appraised for just a little less than we wanted it too, none of that stopped the process! I am in a much better financial position and it's all because of Steve's help, advice and overall kindness that aided me in making the best decisions!! Thanks Steve! I'll start by saying, save yourself a headache. This company is a joke. They push closing over and over and don't care at all. Brad is a pretentious insensitive person that could care less about your home purchase. They do not return calls, they screen calls, and tell you whatever to get you off the phone with no care at all about their customers outcome.

They could start by answering the phone and returning voicemails. How do you run a business where no one answers the phone or returns voicemails? Closing on time would also be a plus. It seems this company is just another mediocre lender. I will not be sending future clients here.To make things worse when Brad finally did reach out he was rude and didn’t let me get a word in edge wise. Once he said what he had to say he hung up. Very unprofessional. I have never been treated as such. Don’t do business with these people. Take it from me.
