“I do like coming to this store. 1) it is closest to home. 2) this location has recently remodeled. 3) the night clerk doesn’t understand much of what I say outside of store clerk business, but he is always so nice and will go out of his way to understand me. 4) employees seem to enjoy working here, there’s not a lot of turnover happening.”

“I go here for the 7-11 since I do not own a car and don't go for gas. The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. A good selection of many food items and snacks. They always have their drink, coffee and slurpee machines working. Good for late night snack attacks.”

“I meet up here for motorcycle rides, it's the perfect place for that sort of thing. Lots of parking and the store has a little bit of everything you would ever need on a motorcycle ride. Here's the big plus about this place. I was at the pump about to get some gas and my credit card got stuck in the reader. I went in and told the man behind the counter and he came right out to take care of it. He had to be one of the most polite and considerate people I have ever meet. He asked if I could use another pump as he was going to put a out of order sign on that one till someone can figure out what was going on with it. It's real hard to find someone who does their job with pride in their work. When I do run in to the very few I make sure I mention it. This man is gold to anything he does in life.”

“When doing other errands in area we shop here otherwise the stores in Plano and Frisco as closer to home. Great store like all the others. Quick stop sort of for gas only like everyone else Sat night. Lots of customers. Update for prior review in coming from east on Sam Rayburn (Hwy 121) toll road take the Lake Vista exit and drive north about a block in between two hotels to get to Costco parking lot. If driving on I35 north or south or coming from the Bush Toll road its a bit involved so check your GPS/Google maps for help.”
“I am bias because this is close to home but this QT has some of the best team members. They are friendly and helpful and QT has all sorts of snacks they make fresh that are affordable. Today with inflation these are cheap and tasty. I know gas station tasty but the food here is solid. Check it out!”

“One of the cheapest gas stations around town. Well lit and there is a usually a person available if you need to pay cash. It is a person in a box type set up so don't expect bathrooms or a full convenience store experience. They offer a small selection of snacks, beverages, and car fluids.”

“Decent gas station to stop on our way to DFW Airport to fuel up the rental car and grab an iced tea. The pumps functioned without issue and even provided the receipt without having to go back inside. So many gas stations nowadays want you to go inside instead to ask for it!”

Outstanding customer service. Ivan and J was very helpful and professional & took care of my car and a sticky situation for me.
Story Time:
I have previously gone to Costco off of Dallas Parkway to tried to get my tires rotated on Friday 7/19 but during the visit, my wheel lock key broke; so I was told to go to my dealership to either get another wheel lock key or get my wheel lock removed and changed the lug nuts.
I revisited Plano Costco Sunday (7/21) after replacing my wheel lock keys. My wheel lock key got broken again. Javi was the one who checked me in and Ernesto was the one who spoke with me about the situation. He told me that because it continued to happened, they believe whoever serviced the car last torqued it on too tightly and asked me to go to them to get reimbursement for my multiple wheel lock key purchases & my wheel lock removal when I go get my tires rotated. Ernesto said that they will connect with the Lewisville tire center to notify them.
When I came in on Monday. Ivan had no idea and found it unfair that they are responsible for a mishap from another shop (which I completely understand) so I called Plano tire center to ask them if I can go back to them to get reimbursed. When I spoke with John on the phone on Monday 7/22. He said that they would only reimbursed me half since they “didn’t do it on purpose”, to which I found it silly, I sure hope yall didn’t make me made multiple trips on purpose. He was only taking half responsibility. It was like taking care of a customer half way… It wasn’t about the monetary value that was important; it was the customer care.
Thankfully Ivan and J and team helped me out so I wouldn’t have to go get my 1/2 reimbursement from Plano (& make another trip?)”

I have witnessed them helping a disabled driver with gassing their vehicles and even going so far to clean windshields and windows. Plus, they bring a bit of joy to a tedious and mundane task. All around awesomeness! Just what I expect when I visit my local Costco.”
