I called ahead (about 20 mins) to let the sales associate know that I was en route to their store - I'm disabled mind you, and getting around can be a challenge. I arrive at the store to find a had-written note taped to the door stating that they were on a lunch break and would return in 45 minutes. I WILL NEVER visit this store again.

Be careful, if you check the stickers you will see that this location likes to raise prices of old games, mark them as "new" and then clearly go get a used disk. Today we bought Crisis Core FFVII Reunion on PS5 New. The top sticker showed $49.99, the sticker behind that showed $39.99, the sticker behind that showed $44.99, all said "NEW", and yet we were given a used case and a used disk, and charged $54. "Great"

There was a guy there was super helpful I went from xbox to pc wasn't sure how to use my new controller i just got for Christmas on my pc and the guy there helped me out and told me how to do it

I called ahead to inquire about a strategy guide. Store associate Drew was very helpful and without asking set aside the guide before my arrival. He was polite and helpful and took initiative.
