ATM is out of service 97% of the time. I walked up to us it at 9:59pm , walked back to get my card out of my vehicle. Returned to the atm at 10:01pm and it read “temporary out of service” wow so now I have to drive 16 minutes to the next atm when I live 2 minutes away from this one.

Nothing happens fast. Things drag extremely slow in this office. Needs to be better. Went today to grab cash & they were out of $100 bills & $50 bills… so I got 1/4 of the cash I needed in $20 bills & will have to get the rest Monday.Super Weak, ur a bank, why do u not have enough cash for your customers?!?!?I hope this isn’t a china bank situation where u r gunna try to freeze my cash withdrawals.If this is just employee incompetence, then fire them & get some help in here that keeps plenty of cash.Absolutely worthless & inexcusable.

I visited the Lewisville Branch today, on Main Street, I had a personal banking question to ask. Although, I'm not a customer (yet) I really appreciate how kind AND professional Lexie was! Lexie was very attentive to me, and so nice, she even gave my baby boy a lollipop! ?

At Frost bank the construction worker is treated just like the wealthy business man. You don’t have to fuss with a 1-800 number. You can walk in and deal with the branch manager. They have very customer friendly policies. 100 grace for over drafts. Many times the personal banker or teller can fix your issue. I love this bank. I have 2 personal accounts with them plus a savings, a trust fund and a mutual fund. I will never let my money rest any where else. Also when they update between 1 and 4 am they do credits first then debits and when they do debits they have a certain order they do them in that is customer friendly.

Not location specific... Terrible bank, no atms and banks (super sporadic or concentrated so its and very difficult to retrieve or deposit funds with no fees, they steal money, overdraft protection doesnt exist because they reset your charges and rearrange them to where you somehow end up negative even though you’ve had money.

I just finished my deposit and now drinking a coffee that staff made for me. I didn't expect them to be nice in this place, but they were very polite and kind. I felt like I was in cafe because I felt so relaxed from its interior, mood, and kind staff.

I LOVE Frost Bank! LOVES: 1. The customer service number (even the 800 number!) is always answered by a human being. This is THE MOST attractive thing about them! I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. 3. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 4. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. I can even add non-frost accounts so I can see everything in one place. 6. I'm not constantly sold to. We live a debt-free life and I appreciate the fact we are not constantly berated with offers to refinance or the latest new credit card. I would love a location in Denton or Corinth. I'm so happy they opened a Lewisville branch! (Location options is the only reason I am taking off a star) Also, I'd love options for a different debit card design. Pleeeaassee?! :)

The best bank you could visit if you are In Lewisville. The banker by the name of Tevin (I believe or Kevin) is a gentlemen and a scholar. I had many questions about my banking and he offered to sit in a room and go over statements with me and help me understand them. I was worried this sort of thing was long gone in banking institutions but this young man is the reason I stay with Frost and have been a customer for over 15 years! I hope he never leaves!

It's in Old town Lewisville, north side of the street. Main is a 1 way street so look for it on the left. As soon as you cross N Charles St. find a parking spot on the left. It's right in the middle of all the businesses before you get to Mill St. No drive through - just a little store front. Don't blink cause you'll miss it.

Not sure why last reviewer couldn't find the branch. As on 4/12/2017 the branch is right where Google maps has it on the map in downtown Lewisville. Very pleased with the banks professionalism and service.
