Customer service was non-existent. Walked in at around 6:36 and they told me the dressing rooms were only open for 9 minutes, and then I went to ask if I could use a dressing room like 3 minutes later and they proceeded to tell me the rooms were closed. Also not a fan of the no return policy if I’m not even allowed to try on my items. There were not busy and there were no other customers in the store so I don’t see why it was such an issue for me to try on just one singular dress when they didn’t close for another 20 minutes. Definitely won’t be coming back here!

This store deserve zero stars. I came back to buy a dress I tried on the day before yesterday. As I tried on a different dress, one of the retail workers took the dress I wanted to buy from my sister while I was in the fitting after me and my sister specifically told the lady that we were going to buy this dress. My sister asked the retail worker for advice on what dress would look good with the shoes I have. The retail lady said to go next door to find a dress that will be a good match for the shoe. Before I left the store, I ran back to ask another worker what time did the store close? She said “they close at seven”. it was 30 minutes before seven. Then I asked her another question “so y’all close EXACTLY at seven right? ” she said yes. So I ran to the other store they claim was “next door” and they didn’t have any dresses that matched the shoes I had. So I ran back and when I came back they closed the door and I only left the store for 2 minutes because the other store that was “next-door” was actually far away from frenzi. If they didn’t want customers they could’ve said that instead of wasting my time and putting me on a wild goose chase. I always shop at this store and I never had this problem with them before, so congrats you lost a loyal customer and I’m glad their going out of business

No returns!!!! This should be posted as a larger sign so customers actually know! Who does not take returns with a receipt?? That's not the norm. Nobody is going to read the 2 paragraphs print out by the register. I'm busy with checking out! NOTIFY PEOPLE!!!

Super cute clothing but difnt find the staff to be very friendly...they didnt welcome me when I came in and they were not busy at the time. I found this to be rude . Slightly overpriced clothing but like I said super cute clothes

Great place. Kinda unorganized. But super cute stuff. We will shop here again. The sales lady siad they have other locations. We got 2 adorable rompers for my teenage daughter.
