Ordered product two weeks ago before Thanksgiving week. Had to call back and find out before Thanksgiving that I needed to pay more for shipping which I had already paid for, we are an hour away and still haven’t received shipment. Very disappointed.

Great service, but you should send instructions on how to read a syringe. I've been using the ones that are prefilled and never used a syringe myself. I assumed the dosage and found out that I didn't give myself the right dosage.

Paid for overnight shipping. I understand it takes a couple days to get the medication ready, but I am still waiting seven days later. I got a text saying my meds were ready to ship but did not get tracking information until I called the next day to find out what the status is. They told me it was out for delivery, but was never delivered. I have to leave the state and will not be here for the delivery now. I am certainly not impressed.

Rather slow to ship. Once you get the products its great. My first order was spot on. My refill order came with the metal caps still on. Me not knowing how to remove it lost half the product when the whole metal cap and stopper came off. On 2nd vial I was able to safely remove the center piece only which I could not do with the 1st. Lots of expensive medicine sitting on my floor. Yes, I cried,.

Really expensive. More so than the other compound place. And takes for EVER to ship out to you for the $700 out of pocket cost. I've still not received it to say if it is a good compound or not. First time with this company. Also sucks there is no tracking or way to know when it is due to hit my hone.
