Saturday they flagged my account for fraud, i called to get it resolved, the lady said she unlocked my card but did not, now amazon is using my credit card since debit card not working and got me fees. This bank is the definition of horrible. STAY AWAY

I'm at the main st location in Lewisville Tx. I'm waiting and waiting. I notice one lady( Monica) just sitting there and she notices me. Another lady whose with someone says ma' am are you in line? I said yes do she asked Monica to assist me. Monica never spoke 1 word to me!! Everybody else is greeting people and holding conversations ( business) with their customers. She calls fidelity but never said I need to call fidelity in order to process the check or NOTHING. While talking to them she still didn't say anything. Too it off Javier us seeing clients right next to me ( not respecting social distancing). It's not even a booth it's a door way! They allow everyone to use the same pen. No one is cleaning the pens or the desk tops. No I'm sorry for the wait. It yet she can read off all my information out loud. UNACCEPTABLE! I will not return to this location and probably not the bank because there's no respect for their customers or COVID.

Thought I would use the mobile deposit option because I didn't want to deal with the crowds in a Walmart. I thought they would encourage such a safer action during covid. But they put a 7 day hold on the check without any explanation when I did the mobile deposit. Why? I needed that money and I can't just cancel and get another check. When trying to get a hold of them, I get put on hold with the constant reminder that my wait time is greater than 10 min.They have no ATMS that you can deposit into, so why would the mobile deposit be more inconvenient than having no other choice than risking covid to get to the only place you can get your money when you deposit.Most inconvenient bank I've ever experienced in my life.

Worst bank ever,customer service very bad,I been there twice to change overdraft setting ,then they kept cheating and charge me overdraft and some other stupid fees ,they ended up charging me 69$ then I closed this stupid account,don't trust them

Some people should smile more often, one time I was in line waiting for assistance, the lady asked if I needed help with something, I said yes, and then she told me the bank was close, and she told me she couldn't help me. why couldn't she just told me the bank was close from the start. very rude
