In multiple attempts to deposit checks at this bank, I was met with an unacceptable and potentially discriminatory experience. Despite being a customer, the bank insisted on holding the check for two weeks, citing "security reasons." However, my wife and sister, who have similar banking needs, have not faced the same issues, leading me to believe that this excessive hold time may be motivated by racial bias or sexism.The bank's actions have left me feeling marginalized and distrustful of their services. The check hold policy is not only inconvenient but also hinders my ability to access our funds in a timely manner.I have to drive miles away to have a better customer service in other locations in order to do same day deposit.

4 employees early at opening where so unprofessional sipping on theirs starbucks chit chatting wouldn’t even greet customers just one customer ahead of me and waited for 10 min in line while the others (employees) just talked about unrelated work topics ridiculous I decided to go else where as i was walking away over heard an employe said people are so impatient .
(I am a busy person but still waiting for 10mins and not even been told we will be right with you is so unprofessional)
I stop for a second an stare at the employee and just walked away because as for my person i do respect others .
I believe the employe was assuming I didn’t speak the language.

I’m at the main st location in Lewisville Tx. I’m waiting and waiting. I notice one lady( Monica) just sitting there and she notices me. Another lady whose with someone says ma’ am are you in line? I said yes do she asked Monica to assist me. Monica never spoke 1 word to me!! Everybody else is greeting people and holding conversations ( business) with their customers. She calls fidelity but never said I need to call fidelity in order to process the check or NOTHING. While talking to them she still didn’t say anything. Too it off Javier us seeing clients right next to me ( not respecting social distancing). It’s not even a booth it’s a door way! They allow everyone to use the same pen. No one is cleaning the pens or the desk tops. No I’m sorry for the wait. It yet she can read off all my information out loud. UNACCEPTABLE!I will not return to this location and probably not the bank because there’s no respect for their customers or COVID.
