Excellent location with good visibility for the public and large parking areas. I loved the good attention they gave me, especially because there are bilingual staff (Spanish and English). Although it looks like a small space inside, I assure you that everything feels comfortable, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere.

I go to this location several times a year it being so close to my house and place of work and have never been treated so rudely and so unhelpful as I was today. I usually help myself at the printer as to not have to tie up any of the staff for something so simple but I was having sizing challenges today with their printer. I had also sent an online print order of 100 business cards to pick up anyway so I felt I could simply ask if they could help me and the lady who approached me was radiating rudeness from the first word that exited her mouth. She told me if she helped me to resize my PDF document that she would have to charge me $7.00 per document mainly because she was busy with another project in the back. I said I was not ever familiar with that as I’ve been here so many times before. I told her that my documents were already sized correctly but the printer wouldn’t print it as sized. If this was a simple guidance situation on their printer machines that weren’t clearly showing the specific option I needed then I shouldn’t have had to feel like I was being such an inconvenience to her day that she couldn’t help me and had to speak to me so rudely because she was personally busy. Btw, there was only one other person in the store being helped by another staff member. I told this particular lady to hand me back my thumb drive and let her know that she did not have to be rude to me from the start and I left the store. I went to the UPS down the street and was assisted in a professional and polite manner and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I spent hundreds of dollars for personal and business on shipping packages and printing at this particular FedEx location but will now go elsewhere.

I have been to literally 100s of FedEx locations and there are plenty that are okay, but today Aaron was superb! He helped me in the door, had all my packages measured, weighed, labeled, and ready to ship in under 15 minutes. He was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish that every location had an Aaron to make it always go this easy.

Terrible service from the store manager working Monday 6/26. Very condescending and monotone customer service. I made a comment and not a dispute about how expensive a shipping cost was and she said "not it's not sir" first of all she don't know my situation. What if I'm living paycheck to paycheck and barely eating anything some days. For her to address the comment that way. She requires better customer service skills. Rude person. Local FedEx. Sad I won't come back being that it's so close. Extremely disappointed that she even shows store manager and employed since 2012. Very sad to see this type of treatment

Worst service I’ve ever received at any mail store, including the post office! The lady at the counter was annoyed the second I walked in. After I greeted her she rudely informed me to walk around the counter to another register — all while acting like there was an inconvenience. After a short exchange where she was clearly disinterested in providing any information or the slightest thought to advise the best option to ship my items, I decided to take my packages to UPS location and received 10/10 service.

I would give a zero but you can’t. Whoever worked there on 3/25/23 at 10:50 am has zero customer service skills. She couldn’t answer a question without being rude. I like FedEx but they need to ensure their employees are customer oriented.

We had a bad experience with this FedEx location. The store manager (Name tag says she’s been with FedEx since 2012) was very rude to us. We had a prepaid label to return some items. She kept on telling us that we need to pay for the box and packaging multiple times. After telling her that the company had an account with FedEx many times, she finally told we could package it ourselves but said that FedEx is not responsible if it breaks or gets damaged during shipping. Another customer came in while we were there and she dealt with him better than us. FedEx definitely doesn’t believe in customer service here.
