The worst customer service! They charged me twice and “Pri” didn’t explain me why, quick me off the store. She has an attitude with all the clients. Will never use FedEx again.

Visited this location to ship something small. It was great to be able to use the FedEx provided envelope and send the package on its way for just under $11. Sharone was very helpful and efficient. Easy parking in front of the door. Be sure to check hours before you show up and you'll be all set.

I walked into FedEx with my package and used the self serve kiosk. Sharone Martin was working the counter and had a line of people but she noticed my packaging and explained to me how my packaging would get tore up (this was my first time shipping a picture). She was able to help me with my packaging issue, while she still ran the line and helped the others. Her customer service was superb! Thank you again Sharone Martin for making the process easier and for taking the time to get my package securely packaged! Your top notch customer service made it quick and painless while being able to multitask while quickly helping others as well!

So I needed to mail my phone to samsung and so did my husband. We came in separately literally 1hr apart. We got charged differently. I was upcharged and they told him that they can upcharge him to if he has an issue. We will be calling corporate and filing for a charge back. Extremely rude service.

Black lady “Sharone” is passive aggressive and rude she said let her know if I needed help as I was explaining what services I needed she started talking to another associate about something outside and then said “what did you say?” I repeated myself and told her I needed to print a label to return internet equipment she then asked me if it was a UPS or FEDEX label .. I wouldn’t be at FedEx if it were a UPS label and then the other associate was asking another guy for his drivers license and I thought she was talking to me so I said I would go get it the black lady rudely and loud if announced “we don’t need YOUR license” this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this woman

I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had at this location. I was warmly greeted by the store manager Pre. I asked for pricing on sending a FedEx letter and she quickly gave me the answers I needed for the different options available. She made the whole transaction quick and simple. Again thank you Pre for the excellent customer service.

Black lady is passive aggressive. They laughed at me for not knowing the rules to ship. They Stare at you from the behind the counter & giggle. Very bad service. I asked questions n she spoke like I'm supposed to already know. Very bad customer service. The Hispanic lady was standing around daydreaming too. There was a total of 3 employees, none of them helped. Very bad service. Especially the black lady with glasses, she had a Grey shirt
