Had a great time in Fairfield Inn. We were there to see the eclipse on April 8 and really enjoyed it. Our stay was very pleasant. They have an indoor pool that we didn't get to take advantage of but was great to have available. The breakfast was very good and plentiful with good hot coffee. The staff were very helpful especially assistant general manager Miss Elvarosa H. Seemed like she was at the desk every time I went by. Also enjoyed the bunny in the parking lot.Rooms: Room was nice size and well appointed.

Great hotel and with nearby access to several stores & restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff! Great complimentary breakfast choices.

Annoying noise from air conditioning in the bathroom, breakfast below expectations compared to hotels of the same price, no late check-out available. I will not return to this hotel.

Why is the heavy set manager is walking around with no shoes on & WHY WAS THE MANAGER EATING CEREAL FROM THE BREAKFAST BAR WITH HER HANDS??? Myself & the group I came with are planning on letting Marriott know because that’s disgusting & makes me have trust issues with y’all’s food preparation. The comfort level of doing that in the open is alarming to say the least

Staff was super helpful, but everything else was super disappointing. It all screams cheap cheap cheap owners/management. The linens were not clean, the showers not clean and several repairs needed to be done and had obviously been neglected for a while. This is hands down the worst Marriott we have ever stayed at. The room smelled and they were completely booked. Had I had the energy we would have switched hotels. Hate that we paid money to stay here. We didn’t feel clean or safe.Rooms: In awful condition and not clean. Needed major repairs and had safety hazards. Strings from carpet needing to be trimmed/fixed. It was awful. Please see pics.Food & drinks: Gluten free muffin options only offered on Saturday morning. That’s the only day they had a decent breakfast. No boiled eggs like most Marriotts.

Worst place I've ever stayed and then a few days after staying here they totally ripped me off by charging me $500 for a small stain on the bottom sheet! $500!!! I cannot help Mother Nature but $500 is insane! They will rip you off so I would not waist your money here because they'll stick you with bogus charges. Everyone who worked here was rude and lazy! The “breakfast” was a joke and I will NEVER, EVER stay at a Fairfield or Marriot ever again. They'll steal your hard earned money. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED in this hotel chain. I would give them no stars if I could!

One of my favourite hotels to use when working in Lewisville!They were doing renovations in some of the rooms when I was here but kept disturbances to a minimum to guests.Elva and Perry at the front desk are such angels, so friendly and helpful!They have a great breakfast spread compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area, I almost don’t want to share this secret since promotional-priced bookings go fast and I will probably regret telling the internet about this when I’m not able to get a room next time ?Food photos are from different days, I like that they switch up the breakfast from English muffin to cheese muffin and even croissanwiches.Also, they have premium yogurt like oikos and Chobani as well as provide fresh berries (!!) which is usually hard to find at this tier of hotel.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous. The location to Arlington and Dallas and Frisco is almost perfectly centered for all the activities we were doing. The staff went above and beyond with issues for our group if we had them. The breakfast is pretty much just standard fare for a hotel. Nothing really special but nothing terrible. Usually it's just scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. If you're a fan of crispy bacon, this is not the place for you though lol. Otherwise we will be staying here again and really appreciated them having us.

Wow being in this Fairfield really makes me appreciate the Fairfield in Austin and San Antonio. No scrambled eggs, no hard boiled eggs, no salsa, no candied pecans, berry compote, chocolate chips at breakfast, windows don’t open in the rooms so no fresh air and everything is old and loud.But the AC is ice cold, bed is comfy and the hotel is clean.

Great location, needs some updates though. Breakfast was lacking at 7:40 as only a few things were out. Not your standard for a marriott property unfortunately.

Rooms were small and there's no microwave. Every time you want to warm something you have to go the lobby and back. Some staff were friendly but most had more important things to do. Breakfast is hot usually eggs and sausage links.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. My friends visiting from out of state booked here over a month ago for their first trip to Texas this weekend. They advised they could choose a check in time via the website so they picked 11AM check in (with email confirmation proof) Only to be told once getting to the hotel that there are NO rooms available until 4PM. Then to be told by what I would assume to be management that "We are not obligated to accommodate an early check in and if you cancel you'll be charged for the entire stay" and nobody even bothered communicating there were no rooms available prior. Don't waste your time if you don't like inconsiderate/inconvenient surprises.

Below average stay. I didn’t expect anything fancy at all. Basic stuff like “exhaust fan in the bathroom” aren’t functional. Requested to refill bath towels in the morning, only to find out in the evening, it’s not replaced yet. I call the front reception, they say no bath towels , only medium size towels and I need to come to reception to grab them. This a joke. Never staying here anymore.Breakfast was average
