There was a new employee in the store, and apparently he was not aware that their 7-11 partners with Exxon. I went into the store to pay for my items with my Exxon Credit Card, and he looked at me like an idiot. The Gentleman told me to wait and he would call someone over to punch in the charges. He then moved me to the side and never once made an attempt to get some assistance. It seems petty, because I have been here nearly 100 times and it has never been an issue. This day, however, the customer service was lacking in a major way. I am only one person, so it will not matter, but I will only be going to this convenience if it is someone I am familiar with previously.

7-11 Used to always have a good cup of coffee. Now with machines doing everything, you couldn't pay me to get coffee anywhere but my home. #THEIRCOFFEESUXNOW

In 2002 I went in with my dad to buy a newspaper my sister was in for some high school accomplishment. There were several types of papers so we looked for the one she would be in. The man behind the counter screamed at us that he’s never seen anyone try to steal a paper and continued to yell at us to leave. That was hurtful.

False advertising for price per gallon. Price per gallon advertised was $2.90. Price at pump $3.19. Lets you know how honest they are and how much they are ripping you off.
