Bustling and busy. Good tamales and lots of Mexican food variety. Good spot for pan dulce too.

Great meat selection for grilling tex mex beef fajitas and chicken. They have gone away from cashiers but that is a business decision.

Just ok. Prices are higher than national chains, like Kroger, which have done a great job of providing the same international foods. However, El Rancho still has more specialty items and slightly better service which is why we still need grocery shopping options like El Rancho. Love the authentic Mexican feel of this place.
