Horrible customer service, the workers here are so rude and unhelpful. I ask simple questions about their product they should know and they’re snippy and they don’t know anything. Couldn’t ask for worse local staff, they should all be fired. Waste of money and time and no managers ever answer emails or calls. DO NOT COME HERE

I've been going here for a little over a year now and normally I get amazing service but today I got horrible service i went in with my close friend and this black lady with a shaved head asked for ID and that's okay but my thing is this lady every time I've been in there has never once asked for my ID ever and my friend felt profiled because he's Mexican and he didn't have his ID on him because he had left it at home and she just had made me so upset that I don't want to go back if she's there I tell so many people about that place cause of the service and the best deals but thinking I'll have to find another smoke shop sucks because of what she did and how she said I'm a manager and I've been in the customer service business for 10 years and how she handled this was completely wrong I understand asking for ID but coming to this place for over a year and this is the first time this lady has ever asked for my ID it sucks but while this lady is at this location I don't think I'll be going back she made me furious by assuming stuff and made my friend very uncomfortable but axel and the others have always treated me well but this lady is not it for the customer service or hospitality and I know cause I have my customers follow me to the places I go for my service see you just said in your reply that has to be with someone that has an ID and I had mine my problem isn't that part about asking for ID my problem is how aggressive she was and how this lady has never asked anyone for ID not for as long as I've been coming there I've never once seen her ask for ID so why did I get turned away if you yourself just said that they have to be with someone that has an ID make that make sense

It's pretty s***** of the young girl asking me what coupon get a bottle for a dollar or 50% off well she used the 50% off because she knew I would have to pay more money on two bottles cuz I could have paid under $30 but two bottles but she rang it up 50% off so I would have to pay $40 for two bottles it's pretty s***** of employees

This is my new spot to get all of my vape supplies. The sales employee today was really helpful and knowledgeable on their products and was happy to answer the questions that I had. Their inventory was HUGE and they had a lot of cool pipes and mods also. Cool vape place for sure!
