Not happy with the outcome here at all at the Lewisville location !
Edwin who was my sales person literally gave me a list of three cars and that was my option!
I picked out from that list was a GMC Terrian
Well two days into having that car noises like you wouldn’t believe !
I call therm and told them about the noise and I want to return the car back and pick something else out but I want to go to another location the guy whoever picked up the phone was rude !!!!
Long story short I will never ever deal with the Lewisville location!!
So today 10/31/24 I went to the Plano location and I’ll tell you I had the most amazing sales person who showed me a list of cars not just three!!!
Kevin Harper is amazing if you ever need a sales person please ask for him!!!
Stay away from Edwin Lopez in Lewisville location!!
