I've used them multiple times. They wrapped my furniture in plastic before moving it to ensure no scratches, etc. They're always personable, professional & kind. In fact, I got stuck in an elevator at my storage unit for about 30min & they waited there until the fire department got me out! Highly recommend.

Frank Andrews is a guy I know from High School who posted this tweet on his twitter page. This is highly unacceptable and this behavior must be exposed. Phillip Hester is the owner and he must be held accountable for this low respect for human beings rhetoric.

Do not waist your money to hire these guys they are very rude & tacky & your stuff will end up breaking. The only reason I rated one star is because you have to rated something my actual rating for it is zero.

Phillip and his crew were more than we could have ever asked for. The price he gave us to move was incredible. They worked HARD. The job honestly took them longer than what was expected (guess we were good at hiding things!) but Philip stuck to his bid. Nice people, fun moving day - well, as much fun as you can have - and nothing damaged. Perfect movers. Highly recommend them!

What a nightmare! I was promised they will be at my place between 12-2 pm. Never showed up. Ghosted and never replied to my text or phone for a while, then they came back and promised to show up by 3 pm ... no one showed up.. then they called and said they were on their way... and they will make it by 430 pm... finally they called canceling on me.

NO Joke!, Phillips and his crews are TOP NOTCH when it comes to moving. Not only are they speedy and proficient in what they do, but they also took the time to help install a dryer properly. In our case, the dryer cord needed to be replaced so after getting the correct cord by a nearby store, Phillip had it replaced and up and running in no time.

UPDATE: I used them again. And again I was very happy. Funny thing is that it was the same guy who moved me - and he remembered me. Great customer service and super nice guys. I called around and searched around on Groupon for someone who would move one set of bedroom furniture. Some companies had a $300 minimum, others charged fuel charges and an extra $25-40 for stairs. Just move my bed 3 miles, will ya?! Mr. Hester gave me a great price. The guys were on time, courteous and worked well together. They even set my bed up. I'm moving again soon. They have my business no matter what. Great prices. Professional service.
