Really bad customer service and disorganized store. Cashier tried to charge me for someone else's stuff. I forgave them as mistakes are normal, but they didn't apologize; instead they tried to tell me it was my fault and then the cashier implied I looked old because she thought the other customer was my daughter (other customer and I didn't interact at all). Then the conversation devolved because I told her that other customer and I were probably the same age, and since I couldn't hide the pain on my face while saying that she told me not to get an attitude with her because she didn't know. I walked away because arguing with people like that is not on my roster today.

I give a 5 star being an out of stater. Pretty big dollar tree they had everything I needed the fella working the cashier the last couple of nights is a pretty solid kat good kid very nice and informative

As much as l love Dollar Tree. The store was a mess. Didnt use to be but it is now. Sad.

A DISGUSTING IN ITS ENTIRETY IT WILL HAVE LIKE 1 year without sweeping it ? when you enter, if you already see the carpet, imagine everything inside. The most horrible thing is the registers, something that workers use every day and are unable to wipe their same work area where they touch daily

Some customers are very rude they do t respect the time of closing coming in 10 min until close not acceptable we have to pull draw and be out as well. People complaining about the store being messy but they are the ones putting thing we're they do not belong.run off don't want receipt then get upset they can't a exchange without one alot of complaint this staff can have on yall as well

I was shopping at your store, and couldn't find a couple of items. Well I ran across one of the staff, a young lady. I didn't get her name but she went out of her way, and got the items for me, and then told me where I can find them. She just didn't say oh go to aisle 4 or whatever. She went and brought me the items. Such a sweet young lady.

Corporate needs to do something about this location. There’s never enough workers. What should have taken me 10 minutes took 45 minutes to get out the door because there’s only 1 person in the whole store. That’s not only dangerous but puts a lot of stress on that one employee. Shelves are mostly empty and the new product sits in the middle of the aisle in boxes so we have to open them an get what we need.

So I was told I could exchange something with a receipt by one employee. I get to the register with my receipt and exchanges. The cashier said I can't. Smh DOLLAR TREE DO BETTER. Makes me not want to shop at this location
