Unacceptable. The store is located in a high-traffic strip mall right off the freeway. There was more stock in cardboard boxes (un-merchandised stock) than was actually on the shelves. Every aisle, every department had more than 50% empty shelf space.
The delivery had spilled out into the aisles of the sales floor because the back room was still full of the previous delivery.
Our visit was on 2-05-2025. My wife purchased merchandise from Fall of 2024; items that should have been long gone before Christmas. Obviously, timely merchandise is not being stocked correctly.
Having tremendous sales is a good problem to have in this economy. It may be necessary to hire more people, retrain and strategize with current employees or start over.
At this rate of behavior, this location will not meet, nor exceed, its profit potential.
In addition, and to no-one’s surprise, the store was filthy; floors were dirty and everything was in a general state of disarray.

the staff in this location are always working hard to keep their shelves stocked and tidy. They are also pleasant and helpful. I appreciate their hard work

I try to stay away from places like the Dollar Tree because the store is so underwhelming and service is so subpar but I decided to come on a Sunday, per Google (updated by business a week ago) Hours say 8am-9pm, I arrive at 830am & the cashier is as waiting at the door, doors still closed. Just lazy. May these type of workers stay without a job :)

This place was a mess items was misplaced all over ver the store we was first to be in store when opening I work for a dollar tree and is place was terrible, no recovery of items the night before or before they opened this was 1 picture I took

Very sad that they closed there doors 20 minutes before 9 pm. and posted a fake system down sign when people had just got check out.... people are hard working an sometimes have to come in last min.. also wouldn't let this gentleman in for his amazon package even though it has nothing to do with the dollar tree system... all.this done before closing time... an the lady wouldn't talk loud enough for us to hear an played dumb... sorry customer service need managers to train employees properly and let them know they can't close that early with a fake sign....just awful

Great store. They have everything from electronics, to a school supplies, and kitchenware. It’s a little messy but I guess what Dollar Tree isn’t.

I visited this location today I am not a resident in this city. I must say the employees I came across this morning all greeted me with a smile and a warm goodmorning. I can't remember the lady's name that checked me out at the register but she was very nice. On my way out I spoke with the manager Marquita and expressed my gratitude on her staff. Thank you to the workers at this location.
