Filled up helium in balloons. I brought myself about a month ago. I come back today and the opening manager seem to have a really bad attitude. She didn’t want to help with anything regarding other customers or the balloons I needed filled. She insisted, rudely,that this location did not fill up my balloons a month ago. Not sure if it is her daily morning attitude, but the store needs some serious consideration and change of management, or whoever is opening the store.

Work on customer service, Hilda. Came in today for a couple of items, and I felt like Hilda had an attitude towards me for no reason. She was very polite to the customer in front of me and placed her receipt in her bag... when my transaction was over, I had to remove my receipt from the printer myself. All Hilda did was point at it for me to retrieve work on customer service Hilda.

This store would be in complete shambles if it wasn’t for the only “employee” that works, TC. TC is amazing and always has a smile on his face. NOW….the reason I gave a one star review is due to the manager. She is lazy, never seems to have a smile on her face, and never comes out of her office. When she does you can feel the room changing from happy, because of TC, then to gloom because of the manager. I would suggest driving to the Flower Mound location where their manager Patricia will greet you with open arms.

absurd 25% price increase they need to rename the store Dollar-25 Tree. It's just a messy, cheap store with cheap stuff, mostly Chinese. But they generally have the cheap junk you're looking for. Just don't expect too much out of the Yankee dollar. Rumor has it out cold war with China May turn into a hot word, especially if they seize Taiwan.
