Was there for over 2 years I just turned in the keys then they sent me a bill for extra days I did not stay oh and didn’t take into account my 250 deposit when adding the extra charges. I reached out to the office and they told me just to reaching out to billing. Giving no additional help. Property went downhill after management changed

WARNING: this place appears top notch but it’s just a front. Their organization borders on incompetence. Once you move in you can see they cut corners on quality with things like closet racks and paint. (And I was in the newest building) their management makes claims and assurances that they don’t follow through on. And the residents are extremely cliquish and judgemental. Don’t bring your dog to the dog park unless you want to be constantly stared at or have a poorly behaved dog attack. Their grills have caught leaks and caught on fire. Their turf REEEKS of dog pee. I experienced a neighbor dispute where the upstairs neighbor was throwing joints and cigarette to the downstairs because of a territorial reason. Claiming to be kings of the complex and throwing beer. Their litter was coming into our yard when we had no part in it. Management was reluctant to act and the aggressor still lives there. Visitor be warned

I really enjoy living here but my god is the parking situation the stupidest shit i’ve ever seen in my life. We’re stuck with limited street parking or we’re forced to purchase a spot. They recently demolished the only additional street parking we have so now parking is even worse. If you get home after 6 on any day, good luck finding a spot. If you don’t have a spot purchased, you have to risk getting your car towed because you’re forced to park in covered or handicap parking. I wish more than anything that they would remove the several covered spots that are clearly not purchased by building 4. If they’re going to take away spots, at least provide us with alternative options besides purchasing a spot. I’m already paying rent, I shouldn’t be nickel and dimed with every single thing. It’s beyond frustrating

Overall liked living here. Kristi always answered any questions I had in a timely manner and recognized me around the complex. The staff was always friendly and made sure that their residents felt comfortable. This included David and Allison who made the move out process simple. We only moved out because we bought a house. Loved the pool, bar, and gym. Maintenance always answered quickly for us. Some downsides include the elevator and front gate always breaking like most apartment complexes, thin walls, and people often not cleaning up after their pets around the complex. I overall would and have recommended the complex to my friends.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!
Had to drop from 2 to 1 star. A/C was out the entire month of August in my unit, which resulted in management giving us a portable unit for the month and causing our energy bill to be over $200 more than it normally would be. After telling us they would help with the added cost of energy bill, we submitted necessary documents to them and heard nothing for over a week, ultimately with us receiving absolutely $0 in assistance for our added utility bill due to their inability to properly fix an A/C unit in peak summer.
I’ve seen rural truck stops and even my old college student apartment complexes run more efficiently than this place. Which is saying a lot. Avoid this place like the Bubonic Plague!!

My friend really enjoys living here. She had a few issues in her apartment that she needed help with, their maintenance guy christopher came by and help her out while i was visiting her! Super friendly staff ?.

I moved to this property almost a month ago and so far my experience here has been great. My leasing agent Veton has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Moving is already a stressful process so having an attentive leasing agent helps a lot. He responded to all of my emails in a timely fashion and if I called and he didn’t answer he made sure to call me back the same day. Upon move-in there were a few repairs that needed to be done to my townhome. I spoke with Veton about them and within a day he had a crew out assessing my concerns. The maintenance crew at this property is amazing also. They are so polite and they handle repairs swiftly. I’m glad I made the decision to move to Discovery at the Realm and thank you Veton for all of your help!
