Quality apartments, great amenities, friendly staff, and prime location. Close to restaurants in Flower Mound, easy access to 121 SRT, and our own neighborhood Walgreens, QuickTrip, and Tom Thumb across the street within walking distance.

Cypress at Lewisville has it all: awesome amenities, cool layouts, chill atmosphere, and a prime location. Apts are contemporary and designed for convenience. Love the lifestyle here too.

I had a tour today 02/27/24 at 9:30 am. I made it to Cypress at 9:23 am. I got out at 9:31 am and the doors were locked. I stood outside for 9 mins before someone let me in. The guy who let me in stated that they were in a meeting. I told him I had a tour for 9:30 am. He went in the back to talk to a lady then came out just to tell me they were not open yet. They don’t open til 11 am. What a waste of time. I drove over 20 mins to an appointment I booked a week ago. Customer service is everything. Please judge the front desk when looking for apartments/homes. If your offices don’t open til 11 am (which the sign on the door states 9:30 am) you should not allow people to book tour appointments before 11 am.

About a week ago we caught our upstairs neighbor letting their dog use their balcony to go to the bathroom causing urine to come over the edge onto our front porch and personal property. We contacted the office to intervene and they said they would resolve the issue. Since then the issue has continued. We have since followed up with the office and have not heard anything from them.I would caution potential residents to seek alternative options as this is the kind of facility that allows this behavior to continue. We have lived here for years but after this incident will not be renewing our lease.

This is going to be long, but if you are considering moving here PLEASE READ THIS.If you can avoid this place at any cost, do it. We lived here for 2 years, and for the most part all of our neighbors were nice. Leasing agents changed of course, but the same property manager has been here as long as we have. We recently moved, and I would never consider moving here again. For what you get, it is WAY over priced. Plus the renewals are higher than we’ve had anywhere else. renewal for year 2 was over what they asked for similar units on new leases. During our final walkthrough, our carpets were pulled up, “we do this on all walkthroughs, it gets replaced.” Then why was I charged for carpet cleaning in the itemized list of charges we received? We have video proof there were no damages and the carpet was still in good condition no rips or stains despite the fact it was pulled. Only had carpet in the bedroom and closet, rest of the apt was stained concrete. We did our move in walkthrough with a leasing agent when we first got our keys and they did not allow us to have the move in paper work to fill out ourselves. We were told they would complete it as we walked with them and if we happened upon any other problems to email or call and they would add it to our list within the 1st 48 hrs. Every other place we’ve lived has let us fill this out and return it to the office w/in 48 hours. The second we had walked in to the bathroom, the leasing agent made a face, and when I turned the corner realized why. The bathtub had HORRIBLE mold all around the rim, the grout and on the tiles themselves. We were told we may not get keys the day of move in because they were waiting on the cleaners. Then magically 1 or 2 hrs before closing, not too long after that call, we were told it was ready. If anyone actually cleaned that apt, I would never trust them to touch anything again. We ended up fighting mold in the bathroom the entire time we lived here, growing back in literally less than a week of being cleaned. I have a feeling it may have been in the walls too, because there was evidence that there was water damage on the base boards throughout the apt.Hopefully you don’t need maintenance. During the summer, our only tub backed up and wouldn’t drain. We were told any ac calls were priority and ours didn’t qualify as an emergency. 3/4 days before anyone came out, but I had already called some place to come out so I could shower to go to work.ROACHES. Never had them IN our place until the last few months, but we came across two in that time. They were in the halls and all over the patios before that.Be prepared to be overwhelmed with the smell of weed. I would come home and be able to smell it across the street before I even got out of my car. I don’t care what people do in their time, but even friends who have smoked have complained it was too much.No visitor parking. What few spots there are are taken by residents or people living there not on a lease. Having people over was a pain. They do tow. Be sure your car is registered or your guests are registered on the guest website if they can find a spot.If you’re on the 1st floor, be ready to have kids come on and go through any stuff out there. I had plants that were picked apart until they died and pots turned over that were too heavy to be wind. Got video of 1 on the patio going through gardening tools but no notices were ever sent out after we gave that to the office. They also ran through the halls and would throw large rocks at doors now and then. Scared the hell out of me the 1st time I was home and did it.In last 2 months there was an emrgncy water pipe repair. Water was shut off at 9/10am and by 10pm we still hadn’t gotten it back, despite being told at 5:30 it was back on. No communication was received during the afternoon, evening or the next day. No acknowledgement had no water to cook, clean, use the restroom or shower.Minor issue, but had stickers taken off my car that was parked in my driveway. Some kind of sticky drink poured on it too more than once.

Cypress is a scam. We applied and was told we would hear back in “72 hours” on our application. It took a week of us calling just about everyday to hear something for us to be told “waiting on management” we finally heard something back a week after applying because they canceled our application because they couldn’t verify somethings with our paperwork with there 3rd party company that they use…. (Which isn’t our fault!) too bad they don’t have a good “3rd party company” to verify things…. Too good to be true!!!! Never hear nothing back from them! Micheal the leasing consultant never got back to us on the status or any updates on anything!Would’ve been nice to have some communication!!!!!

Fulll of scammers and this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Save yourself time and read the reviews people. I was visiting my friend and they towed my car within 30 minutes of me parking and walking to her apartment. The towing company comes whenever they pleases because they never close their gate. Scammers!!!!

I had the pleasure to tour with Lynwood. The staff is very friendly and he made me feel so welcomed. I had so much fun touring with Lynwood and he has such a vibrant personality! Lynwood was spot on with the unit he chose for me to tour.

I was attempting to lease with Cypress, but the minute I walked in the lady I spoked with checked her watch like she had NO time for me. Don't waste your time, the management gives off very bad/negative energy.

Not a consistent staff. Renewal rent increased by over $150 which was higher than what our apartment was listed for online and when we emailed and called countless times about it it took weeks to receive any communication and managers are not in on weekends. When we were finally able to speak with a manager, it was in a condescending, rude tone and nothing was resolved. This is not the first negative experience we have had with a manager by any means.

I’ve lived in this community for 4 years and it’s been great and I would recommend it to anyone. The highlights for me are the quiet neighbors and safety I feel as a single woman. I love the walking sidewalk around the community and across the street, plus many nearby parks. Maintenance was always quick and professional. Neighbors have always been polite and friendly. Pool area is wonderful! There are always things that can’t be fixed, like the insane amount of birds, smoking neighbors, lack of visitor parking and very quick towing if you don’t follow procedure, but the pros we’ll outweigh the negatives.
