I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me, but when she saw I was a little less confident in the fit of my helmet she was immediately understanding and explained and helped in a way that was perfectly easy to understand.

Cindy is awesome!! Knowledgeable, helpful, energetic and excited about being sure I had exactly what I needed to take my riding exam. I've never rode a motorcycle before, only saw others riding. So I'm having a great experience with it being my first time. Cycle gear in Lewisville is great to me.

Excellent customer service and assistance with selecting a helmet. I would highly recommend this store to others for motorcycle gear. Associate contacted several other stores to find the helmet I wanted. They have top notch employees at the Lewisville, Texas store.

If you ride a motorcycle, ATV, moped or any similar vehicle you really need to stop by Cycle Gear. Whether you ride on-road or off they have all the gear you need to keep you protected.
While Texas may not require helmets for motorcycles, I think it's a must. They helped me pick out a great helmet that keeps my head cool even in the hot summer months. They have helmets for all types of riding and plenty of different styles and colors. They spent time answering my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I had not even considered an Arai, I've only had Shoei up till recently. The salesperson I talked to had the same problem with overheating. He showed me all the features that I was looking for. I'm so happy I went down to Cycle Gear and talked with them. I was about to reorder my 3rd Shoei rf1200 online, but went in store instead. After 15 minutes of chatting with them and trying on over 10 helmets I found one that fit perfect.
This is a really great place to shop for replacement parts also. I got everything I needed for an oil change. They have a really big selection of tires and accessories in stock.
They have a huge selection of jackets and pants. Motorcycle gear should fit well, it should be snug, but not too tight. It's almost impossible to get the right size jacket, once you put the spine protector in. I'm really glad to see they carry different airbags brands and types. You can find pretty much everything you need to enjoy your ride even more and stay protected while your on the road or trail.

Eli was helpful from the moment we walked in. There was another gentleman but he was tied up with other customers. Usually when I'm in town I tend to hit this cycle gear up because they seem to be very attentive to the buyer.
