The one and only person working the entire store refused to check me out because he "didn't have a register open on the floor". Not sure how or why that's possible. I refuse to use self check out as it's loud and annoying and the guy had to come clear the machine anyway as I was buying an age restricted item. Do better CVS. Lord knows you can't do any worse atthis point.

I have spent all day trying to get a prescription filled for a serious condition. Unfortunately, it had to be ordered or they could call around and see if another pharmacy had it in stock. After calling many stores she found it in Flower Mound. Throughout this ordeal she was making calls to me to keep me in the loop so I would know the status. This store has always been helpful. They have kind and competent people who go way beyond what is expected. It is a difficult job dealing in the 2023 drug world. They are always pleasant and they always try their best.

Pharmacy never answers the phone, seems to be very understaffed in general.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Consistent issues on their side every time I go to pick up my medications. Pick a different CVS or use Kroger pharmacy.PS: found a huge black hair in my pill bottle after arriving home today.

Good selection of products. Had the LEGO number train which is cool. Make sure to sign up for their card, get a $10 coupon every month.

First there were no employees up front for the 10 minutes I stood at the counter, then when I went to the pharmacy and asked them to page someone to help up front the girl told me to take the film out of my disposable camera myself (which I’ve never been asked to do at CVS and I don’t even know how), then she said they didn’t even have the envelopes to mail the film even though this location says they process film and had a sign at the photo counter, so why didn’t they make sure to have the envelopes in stock? This place is useless.

They didn’t have my prescription and asked if I wanted them to call another location that could fill it. I said yes. Angie told me she sent the prescription over and I should give them an hour. The other location never got the prescription. I had to wait for it to be filled again. Thanks a lot Angie!

Slowest/worst drive thru CVS I have ever been too - numerous occasions.

I needed to purchase a product that was in one of the plastic security cases that can't be removed at self-checkout. I stood at the register for several minutes and no one came by. I put it back and will purchase it elsewhere.

They do not accept BCBS and do not say anything to customers. Find out when picking up medication they didn’t renew their contract with one of the most popular insurances in Texas and was told to just go elsewhere. Unless the person in pharmacy was lying to me I wouldn’t know, no one else was available to also tell me.

We stop in CVS because it is convenient and close to our home and we like to shop at CVS. The young lady Bella that works there is lacking customer service.Everytime we go in there she never greets us, has attitude with all the customers, is rude and would rather people go through self checkout because customers seem to be an inconvenience and it just seems like she really dislikes her job. I have been accustomed to great customer service in most CVS stores but not this one!

The staff here are friendly but don't expect too much small talk from the pharmacy department if you're in need of that kind of interaction with strangers. If you just want to pick up medicine, snacks or socks then hop on over to this location because like me its perfect for you.

Sat in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes for a Covid test. First car in line took ten mins to move. Second car was in line for 20 mins without any contact from the window and no movement. I finally had to call and I think the pharmacist had to tell the driver to move up because they were just sitting there and no one bothered to look out the window for 20 mins. Drove by earlier to try to get it done before my “appointment” time and there were at least 6 cars in line and they even said that it was backed up on the phone. Also, the actual box to drop the tests in is falling apart and was full at the so you couldn’t even get the tests in there. Finally, the way they check in and test people takes more time and energy than Walgreens. It’s not worth it to deal with their process at cvs. And shocker of shocks, they texted and said they couldn’t process my test.I’ve gone into this location a few times and there are plenty of better Walgreens or even other CVS options nearby that are better.
