Very professional and they alway ask if you need help with self checkout

My husband is very sick with the flu. Rapid Med called in a prescription for Tamiflu to this pharmacy. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. I waited 10 minutes in line before I got to the window. There was no one at the window inside. I could see someone helping customers at the register, so I waited without ringing the bell. 5 minutes later someone came to the window to pull down the shade!! She was startled to see me! She said she would get the prescription I was there for, but would pull down the shade. I sat there for yet another 5 minutes behind a closed shade waiting on my husband's prescription. I couldn't see what was going on, but the woman rudely yelled at me that she needed my credit card...but no one had asked for it. The whole transaction took place behind a shade. There is a sign on the window stating that CVS feels that every one deserves respect, to and from staff and also to and from patrons. My question....where was the respect from the staff toward me tonight? It was the rudest service I have ever experienced at a store. I felt disrespected by the shade. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I moved my prescriptions to a better location. Quality of service is very poor and they just do not care.

Wouldn’t recommend this location despite how convenient it used to be. While fighting fever and debilitating cramps I went in for medicine and tampons, went to the desk to ask if the open/tampered box of tampons has a replacement in the back since it was the last one and I need that specific size. I couldn’t even ask a question before the manager completely cut me off for my phone number? I gave it and said I was actually just trying to ask if there was another box available. The manager laughed and said he unloaded that box himself, it’s safe but I’m welcome to open the box and count/do quality check myself……I declined but he argued again that it was fine. I, again, said NO THANK YOU and found a different box but when I returned to finish paying, the man had a very rude attitude finishing my checkout. He was short tempered and now kept sighing like he wanted me to leave. I WANTED nothing more than to leave! But he was upset I didn’t want his opened box of tampons at his word they were fine. I just wanted to go home and know that the box of tampons I was spending over $10 on were all accounted for and SAFE to put inside my body, not have something mansplained to me. The lid to the box was crushed open, there’s just no telling what happened.
This same manager will also READILY verbally put down his employees in front of customers, it ALWAYS makes me so uncomfortable. He laughs at them, apologizes for how slow they are to customers, belittles them and talks over them when they’re trying to just help me get my items and go. I try to encourage the employees that they’re doing fine because it just makes me feels so bad for them…haven’t seen any employees except the manager there for a while and I can guess why…I don’t think I’ll be going to this location again. I don’t enjoy watching people put each other down just so they look good themselves. Uncomfortable would be an understatement for this location…

Honestly never thought i’d write a review for cvs but here I am. Truthfully this specific store absolutely sucks. Half the stuff on the shelves is out of date and the workers are usually stressed the heck out. I went in today around 1pm and waited at the self check out for a while before someone came to help the people in front of me. No one was at the front counter… but then comes Bill. Despite dealing with a bunch of us disgruntled customers, he remained very respectful and helpful the whole time. Helped everyone with their checkout the most efficient way and did so without a bad attitude. Wish you guys had more employees like Bill.

Clean store, not many customers, a lot of coupons and gimmicks, sometimes get a good deal. Self checkout in a really narrow area, no place to set stuff down while checking out. They try to operate this store with one employee, sometimes never see an employee. Wouldn’t try using the pharmacy because it closes early and I stopped trying to deal with CVS pharmacies long ago. This store does have stuff I need. Convenient location for me.

They refused to swap a leaky propane tank they sold me. The clerk said they have no control over it and sent me to call Amerigas... awful customer service.

The one and only person working the entire store refused to check me out because he "didn't have a register open on the floor". Not sure how or why that's possible. I refuse to use self check out as it's loud and annoying and the guy had to come clear the machine anyway as I was buying an age restricted item. Do better CVS. Lord knows you can't do any worse atthis point.

I have spent all day trying to get a prescription filled for a serious condition. Unfortunately, it had to be ordered or they could call around and see if another pharmacy had it in stock. After calling many stores she found it in Flower Mound. Throughout this ordeal she was making calls to me to keep me in the loop so I would know the status. This store has always been helpful. They have kind and competent people who go way beyond what is expected. It is a difficult job dealing in the 2023 drug world. They are always pleasant and they always try their best.
