I love this store, the staff in the store are friendly and helpful. Also, the pharmacy in particular here is amazing. They are fast, friendly, helpful, and great at communicating online, by phone, or in person which I have found to be a challenge for other competitor pharmacies. I won't use any other pharmacy than this store. Even though there are a couple of pharmacies closer to my house, it is worth the extra mile for me.

Pharmacy phone will not let you refill prescriptions after hours, but acts like it will, which leads to it wasting your time. There should at least be a warning in there so that you know it's going to lead you on a wild goose chase. You select refill a prescription but then it only lets you check on the prescription. I don't need to know that I refilled it, I have the bottle in my hand.

Phone service is garbage. Impossible to talk to an actual human now, asking for a person in the pharmacy just throws you to a voice machine. The system can't even pronounce the city correctly. So tired of everything being "handled" by a machine. People's prescriptions need to be taken seriously and with more care than some automated system that ends up actually slowing everything down. Shouldn't take multiple days to have a prescription ready.

I used to appreciate the fact that CVS pharmacy gave very good service. Lately, however, I have come to feel unappreciated to the max. You call in and get a cold voice message wanting you to leave a phone number and message - to which you never get a return call. You can’t get information when you log on to the website. And if you go to the store, you only sit in line for 30 minutes to get up to the window and find that your doctor’s order called in 3 hours earlier - has not even been picked up by the pharmacist yet. All because they are shorthanded in the pharmacy. All because CVS probably does not pay its associates enough and can’t get people to work. Very frustrating and disappointing from a previously very happy customer.

Things are rarely prepared on time at the pharmacy. 10 minutes is typically more than 30. I advise moving your business somewhere else!

I have no issues with your store! Products are priced fairly and quality goods! Much closer than the WalMart so it is very convenient! Staff member named Linda (says name on her nametag so not outing anyone!) is very friendly and not pushy at all! She's an older woman with white hair and a ponytail. I met another staff member today who was very personable and friendly! Whoever's hiring the staff is nailing it. ??

This CVS has the long lines and the slow service for pharmacy and the front is also slow it’s takes for ever to checkout and the high price than any other CVS

Worst CVS I've ever been to. I keep going here because I live down the street and like to use CVS coupons, but from now on I'll go elsewhere. Pharmacy is slow, there is no self checkout, and the parking lot is always full of trash/sketchy people.

Recently I went to look for medicine, the treatment was excellent from a doctor, I don't speak English but we were able to understand each other, I also saw a lot of variety, what needs to be sold are cakes or sweets for the elderly, I also observed that in the At the checkout there was a super friendly lady, she does speak Spanish and English, she was a lovely woman, super friendly.
