I wish there was a way to avoid leaving ONE STAR because this location don’t even deserve that. So I had been out of my high blood pressure meds for days. Usually I receive automatic text messages stating to pick up my order. So after the third day I went online to refill them, still NOTHING. So I called my primary care doctor office on today so they could contact the pharmacy. I still didn’t hear from the pharmacy even after my doctor’s office contacted them. I work in the area so I went straight to the pharmacy when I got off and specifically ask to speak to a manager. I spoke to ANH and he told me my phone number was not set up for text reminders and that there are two names listed in their system, one was hyphen and was was not. I was previously married. But I never had a problem with my name until this location. And I have received text messages from this location on Main Street every since the Corporate Drive location closed in September 2024. But you would think that the pharmacy would contact the patient BY PHONE even if they didn’t have text message reminders. Because how will a patient know if their prescriptions is ready if ALL COMMUNICATION IS COMPLETELY CUT OFF. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional on ALL LEVELS. I WIIL BE CHANGING LOCATION SOON. I hope upper management READ THIS!!!

The pharmacy is extremely busy at this location too.

This is the worst possible pharmacy you can go to. They never have prescriptions ready, they lose charts so doctors have to send prescriptions multiple times, and they charge insanely over any other pharmacy or even other cvs. They are extremely unprofessional and honestly don’t know how to do their job or work the system they are paid to understand. Do not waste your money or time getting medicine from this pharmacy; go anywhere else. They also NEVER answer the phone for anyone including doctors which is unprofessional and DANGEROUS for the people relying on their medication for daily life.

Pharmacy. I normal don't like CVS at all. However the pharmacy is incrediable. They go out for their was to be helpful and be efficient and quick. I never feel like I am bothering them.
The store is terrible. You can never find anyone to help or answer a question and if you do they don't know.

I have picked up twice my son ANTIBIOTICS MEDICINE in the past few months and they have been giving him fewer doses then the correct amount that needs to be GIVEN. I came back to tell them, pharmacist “ANN TRAN” just told me he couldn’t give me any more refill. He didn’t seem to care at all. AFTER BEING THERE MISTAKE HOW??!!! ( I only needed what he needed to finish his antibiotics NOT THE WHOLE REFIILL!! Now he can’t have his antibiotics how he should be taken it.

The male pharmacist with the accent (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) was very professional and courteous. I appreciate how he answered my calls so quickly. I’m used to staff at pharmacies answering and putting me on hold multiple times. Thank you for the great customer service 👏

This is kind of a busy store, and there are often a lot of people coming to the pharmacy, but they have a big pharmacy and staff to accommodate the traffic. Once the city is done with that road construction on civic drive it will be much easier to get in and out of the cvs parking lot. I switched to this store from the one on corporate drive because it was closed down. Even though that store was a little rough around the edges, they had the absolute best pharmacy. I am on a medication that is seemingly always out of stock and the corporate drive store always had it for me. They did not have it in stock at this cvs, but were able to get it in with a day. I will stay with the store if I don't have any problems with it being out of stock. So if you are reading my review cvs, please keep enough of the 20mg immediate release Tablets, 1 po tid, so I don't have to have my dr. Send a new rx to others stores, as it is not one that can be transferred. Hopefully the last couple months of the year will not be as bad as last year with the shortage. I know you know what meds I am speaking of. 😁 very clean and well stocked store for shopping. Everyone in the pharmacy seemed to be happy to assist customers with questions, vaccinations, picking up rx was fast and easy.

Excellent service by pharmacist Khuoung. He spent considerable time having my prescriptions transferred to CVS so they could be filled immediately. I was very ill with a respatory infection and needed the drugs immediately.

I love CVS I went shopping, some did not work because my coupons were not applied I hope that part improves, in general everything was good, very friendly, clean, everything in order
