I scheduled a rapid covid test and arrived 30 mins early. they refused to give me the test because they wont do it inside thee store and wouldn't let me walk through the drive thru.\\ni repeated the question for clarity, 'you wont do it in here and you wont let me walk through the drive thru?' he said confirmed then asked my name to clear the appointment for other people.\\nI'd understand if it was dark and in a bad area but they are across from the police dept, busy area and it was 2pm.\\nyou can bet i wont be back to their pharmacy. Walmart has better service and thats horrible

Awful! Feel like a deli number. Hard time answering questions, not helpful in any respect. Don't carry some medications???? And can't order it. Hard time getting them to apply medication coupon cards. And super expensive!!

Placed order for a prescription to be ready Monday. Stopped at drive-thru around 2 PM (already a long line). Got to window, told they don't have enough to fill. Im out, so agreed to 60 CT vs 90 CT. Told to come back 1 hour. I wasn't able to. Stopped again Tuesday, new clerk is clueless. No record of prescription. Wednesday I check online account, but I shows order in process. Stop AGAIN around 2 PM, told they haven't finished putting away shipment. Have to settle for even less than 60 CT. TIME TO FIND NEW PHARMACY!!!

I don't think there are any actual employees at this store, you can stand at the check out line for 10 minutes a few times, walk around looking for one, yell, no one's coming to save you.

There is an ongoing concern regarding prescriptions not being ready as promised, at this store #6865.I called in a prescription refill earlier today and their automated system stated it would be ready by 5pm today. I arrived at 5:57pm, and my prescription wasn't ready, and it won't be ready until after this store opens at 10am tomorrow! Even the woman in front of me in line was declined her prescription, because it wasn't ready, and wound't be ready until after this store opens tomorrow.This is an ongoing problem at this location. Can't tell you how many times I've stopped by to pick my prescription, or someone else's, and it wasn't ready as promised. They've got to either get more help at this location, stop making promises they can't keep, or open another store close by.

Does anyone work here anymore? I've been on hold for 12min now. Its such a hassle getting literally anything from them. I tried to get simple syringes and needles.. 3 things and it took 3 weeks because they didn't get the right ones after telling me they did and then they only gave me one type of needle and I asked for 3 months worth and they gave me 1 month. I had to go to a different pharmacy and I've been trying to transfer but They won't send any of my info over or they forget.

This is literally the worst pharmacy you could use!! There's always a wait and that's understandable but when you call them to see if your script is ready and they say they are working on it and then say go ahead and come up. I told them are you sure I live 5 min. Down the road. They said yes if anything it will be only 15-20 min. Wait. It's taken over an hour. I've also had to go to another CVS after waiting an hour for meds for a client. When I came back to pick up their script they told me oh we are sorry we don't have that in stock. They did not call another CVS for me I had to do it. They should have called me to let me know they where out off meds!!! Then it would not have taken me so long!!! If you are in a hurry don't go here!
