The CVS pharmacy at 1496 Fm 407, in Lewisville, is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacist Raman is the most pleasant pharmacist I have ever met, (he's also the fastest) he had my prescription ready for pick up before the promised time so I was able to grab it conveniently on my way home from work and didn't have to make trips!

Had to run in last minute and the folks at the pharmacy were able to get my wife and I taken care of right away! Friendly quick service! We’ll be back!

Told us we are out of network but shows we are clearly in network, flat out ripped us off. Be careful they’re using the old bait and switch.

I give this CVS 0 Stars. I have ordered prescriptions a week in advance and not gotten them EVER on time. This has been for 4 years. My child has had prescriptions called in from her pediatrician and they never have what she needs on stock. She has gotten croup 2 times in the past year which is normal, and the pharmacy calls giving us a courtesy call--saying we need to contact the pediatrician for the medication, it could take 4 days. I literally have it sent next door to the Flower Mound CVS and have never had an issue. Quite literally fire everyone in management at this location. Also if you want to skip the 30 minute drive through line, you will also wait 30 minutes inside. I have lived here for 4 years and not seen a change. Get your prescriptions filled somewhere else.

Whether you go inside or go through the drive thru, you will be waiting a lifetime. They are soooooo slow! Incredibly slow. It's so frustrating because there will be 4 pharmacists/techs behind the counter and it seems like there's one person. The drive thru is worse. Slow. You can't hear the pharmacist. Nobody smiles so the morale is clearly low here. Awful experience the last 3 times I've been here. I won't be back.

Awful service. Rude manager. Disappointed by the service. I will never go to CVS again. There is a reason no one is at your store- your staff is rude.

Can I give them less than 1 Star? This is my neighborhood CVS and the following made me so angry and sad. My husband and I were out tonight running some errands. We needed Halloween candy for a trunk or treat next week. Not paying attention to the time, we walked in. I went to the coupon kiosk while my husband went to get a notebook. I was followed by the manager who came up behind me and said "are y'all just getting a few things because we are about to close?" I said "oh I'm so sorry. Do y'all close at 10?" He rudely replies as he glares at his watch "yes and it is 9:59!" and abruptly walks away. Again, I didn't realize what time it was. I was genuinely sorry but he didn't have to be rude. So, as my husband came back up the isle, having decided against the notebook, I say to him "we need to leave. They don't have time for our business." So we quietly walk out the door. At which point we are followed to the door by the manager who stares at us while we get in our car and he stands outside the door until we drive off. He is legitimately glaring at us. I literally felt like I was being watched like a criminal. I can only assume he thinks we stole something since we didn't buy anything. That's okay though. I just won't go back to that CVS. Ever! I'll buy the obscene amounts of Halloween candy we need from you competitor even if it costs me more.

TERRIBLE. i'm visiting from out of town and left my anti depressants home on accident. i called this cvs to refill but i asked them to fax it over to my doctor to authorize a refill since i knew there weren't anymore available. on Thursday, they told me they would fax it over and give me a call when it's authorized. Friday comes and i hear nothing, i go in and they tell me he still hasn't authorized it. Well now it's the weekend and my doctors office is closed. It's now monday, i asked my doctor if they had sent him anything and he told me no. So twice, i've been lied to- told that my prescription had been faxed to my doctor to authorize- but it never was. Do you know how bad it is to mess with people's medications? I'm going through withdrawal after being off my meds for SIX days. imagine if this happened to somebody else and they killed them selves because the withdrawals were so bad and you guys didn't even care enough to make sure you faxed it over to be authorized. Thanks for being the worst pharmacy i've ever experienced. Especially in texas- where i thought people cared about others. guess i was wrong

Unfriendly, cold, uncaring pharmacy. Total lack of basic customer service. No greeting, no "one moment, please" or update to your order. Went through the drive through window for pick-up and the pharmacist assistant told us how much we owed, walked off, and started organizing prescriptions in bins. I had to ring the call button to find out what was going on. Without an apology she said the pharmacist needed a few more minutes and to circle the building again. That's it. Pharmacy needs help understanding they are in a customer service field!
