The dry cleaning seemed fine, until I noticed that something was missing from my order. It was about 3 weeks after the order was picked up. I was hung up on twice and told that they are not to blame. The girl accused me of going off, but she wasn't even listening to me. I gave her a description and then when I asked to speak with a manager she had to ask for another discription of the missing item. When I thanked her for calling her manager who was at another location and had found what is probably my missing item, she hung up on me again.

Such a sweet staff and they take very good care of our clothes, bedding and other odd things I take to them to be cleaned or ironed . Have even saved a 20 year old stuffed animal that I found in my attic!

we dropped off sheers to get clean. I told the manager that i could buy new ones for $4.00 each at Walmart. or $12.00 dollars for 4 brand new ones plus tax. The Manager said that yes they would clean the 4 sheers for $12.00 dollars plus tax. I said yes to that I would like to give my bus. to a local bus. first. I was told 3 day's. When I went back in the 3days to pick up the 4 sheer's . I was told $58.00 . I told the for that price you can keep them and started to walk out . The manager started playing "let's make a Deal " with me . after a couple of rounds of this game . I said $5.00 each sheer or $20.00 dollar's for the 4 sheer's take it or leave it. So it cost me the $20.00 dollars plus Tax to get our sheers back .I guess that they figure that I would just pay the $58.00 dollar's , just to get our sheer's back . Is that how they run their bus ???What a scam !!!

We have used this cleaners for several years now, even returning after they temporarily lost several of my husbands shirts. On my last visit, I presented a 30% off coupon, directly from yelp, and showed it to the girl taking in clothes. She stated they did not have any coupons out, and I showed her the coupon, clearly listing 30% off from a Yelp check-in. She said she would show the owner to see if he would accept it, but upon pick-up, they did not honor the coupon. The coupon is still list on Yelp currently, yet they will not honor the coupon. Will not return.

My first and last experience with this business. I dropped off a mattress pad and was told the price would be $18.00. Today I went in at 4:35p and the girl working the register pulled up my order and proceeded to ask if a girl was working when I dropped off the mattress pad. I told her yes and she said that I was charged $18.00 but her manager charges $30.00 for a comforter. After repeatedly telling this obviously unhappy worker that it was not a comforter it was a mattress pad she still charged me more than what was quoted, and what was clearly in the system. With businesses struggling due to a pandemic, you would think the ones that are open want to have better customer service. One star is too high for this business!!!!!

The 2 girls that work there are so nice.Left some money in my clothes and when I pick up my clothing they give me an envelope with my name saying they found this item in my pockets.I was thinking it was a receipt and just put it in my pock later when I open it to find out it was money I had left.Great services and honest folks.

The price is reasonable. The service is reliable. In by 9 they have it ready by 5p -- w/o fail. The staff is why I keep coming back. I'm surprised at how often they know me and have it ready when I pull up. It's nice to have Custom Cleaners close to the house.
