They lie about the phone payment plan!! They told my wife. She was going to pay $36 a month. WRONG $36 at week for just the phone!! plus all the other stuff that ‘came with it’ CROOKS I will never come back.

Ashanti was here when I came in with sim issues. She quickly assessed the problem and had a solution within minutes. On top of that, her friendless and customer service were outstanding. I'll definitely be back to THIS location specifically because of her friendliness and great demeanor

The Hispanic man who is there with Chinese hair and chubby offered me a special which I paid for and after 4 hours he told me that it couldn't be done, I asked him for my refund and he didn't return all my money and he took me out of the store and now every time I boi making the payment insults me

Carlos was a new hire we were told upon entering the store. Clearly didn't realize that as he had knowledge and navigated us to a better deal and helped me save a few hundred bucks!!! Good clean neutral conversation between him and my husband to make the time there comfortable quick and successful..SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!!!
