Very bad service, the lady there is very rude, she doesn't help at all, she's just on her cell phone, I went to buy a cell phone and she told me to go to another store, she didn't want to help me. That store is useless, the employees don't want to help. I hope they can do something about it.

I spoke the other day with a Spanish-speaking man senior to myself (I am 28 years old). He was not only pleasurable to be around be also made certain to introduce me to the various plans available and their annual rates as I pay annually for my phone bill. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this gentleman and support him receiving a raise at your earliest convenience! I believe either his first or last name begins with V. Best

I went to this location for an interview. The manager whom interviewed me was really young , which is fine but he was unprofessional. Ranting on to me about detailed information and reasons as to why previous employees had recently been fired (personal reasons ). Made me immediately get a bad impression on the management and work environment.

Came into the store to just look at phones before making a purchase. Went home to buy several phones online and to upgrade our plan that same day and there was a price difference between the store and the website. The customer service line was very unhelpful and didn't seem to understand what I was even saying. So I came back into the store, explained what had happened and they took care of me quickly without any issue. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the gentleman that helped, but he was amazing. He was able to help other customers while helping me and it didn't effect the level of service I received.

I went there, but they wrote a note in Spanish that were gone for lunch. I figured that there was only one person working in the store, so they had no choice to close it for lunch. But, when I went back, there were at least two employees. So, they just wanted to have lunch together. That's nice I guess, but it's inconvenient for customers since we have no way of knowing when they will take their lunch break & there is no indication on their website or in the Google-reported information on the store. Furthermore, both employees were not wearing masks potentially infecting customers with Covid-19.
