When doing other errands in area we shop here otherwise the stores in Plano and Frisco as closer to home. Great store like all the others. Quick stop sort of for gas only like everyone else Sat night. Lots of customers. Update for prior review in coming from east on Sam Rayburn (Hwy 121) toll road take the Lake Vista exit and drive north about a block in between two hotels to get to Costco parking lot. If driving on I35 north or south or coming from the Bush Toll road its a bit involved so check your GPS/Google maps for help.

Very bad customer service. Had my credit card info stolen at Costco and had to cancel my Costco issued Citi Bank card. As a result my membership was also cancelled. Why was I not notified of their policy. Had trouble at the register and was told I had to go see customer service . I think Costco does not care about their customers.

May2023: 4 : I have come by this store on several occasions to pick up items that I needed for the family. The parking lot is always filled with vehicles as well as the store. There are several entrances and exits to this specific store location from the freeway adjacent to the entrance. There are many handicap parking spaces available adjacent to the front door. The parking lot is large enough for large vehicles to maneuver through the area, but I would suggest staying on the outside lanes as to allow yourself extra space to move through the lot. The store is set up pretty well as far as movement into the store and around to the left past the meat, fish and cold storage. This location always has a decent selection of cooked chickens that fill up the container they're sold. This location always has well stocked shelves. This location seems to have an issue with workers on the floor, but the worker I encounter today at the cash register was great. She was knowledgeable, capable and efficient. I was able to get through the line quickly without any issues. I did stop by to get a strawberry sundae on my way out. It was an interesting thing that I noticed. He took one scoop of strawberry and smeared it over the container and then filled it with ice cream without adding any additional strawberry syrup. Hmmmmmm...? I was a little bit irritated that I had to pay 95 cents extra over the price of regular ice cream, which is exactly what I got for 2.99 instead of $2 Aug2020: 2 : Two years since my last update. I came by here today to purchase a few items for my spouse and found the same situations that gave rise to the three star review. I did stop by the in-store food court and found that the new acai bowl that they featured is not worth the $4.99 they asked as it was less than adequate in taste and product. The worker filled my bowl with bitter tasting blueberries to try and reduce the amount of frozen acai in the cup. Bad decision when customers are watching. Aug2019: There's a lot of people here and no ten items or less line!!. I have three items and everyone around me has a full cart of stuff. On the way out of the store today, the Checker didn't bother to greet me look up or even acknowledge my departure from the store.

Avoid at all cost. The employees are simply rude and unhelpful. They delete scripts sent in by doctors as a regular practice and leave you to try and figure out what happened.

I was told I could pick up my prescription but upon arriving, I was told I needed a hard copy of my prescription. My doctor had emailed me one to give to them but they would not take it and they would not print it even though I have had this done at other pharmacies before. I don't know if it's because they were about to close and didn't want to do extra work or a policy change, but nonetheless, a pharmacist I believed named Vicky there was especially rude! Won't be coming back to this pharmacy.

I have been using the pharmacy at the Lewisville location and previously the Frisco location for over 2 years. Lewisville is not friendly at all. Today I called about a shortage of medication on my last refill. I take 2 a day for 90 days, right. That = 180 tablets. My last refill had only 84 tablets. Obviously an error. They said that what they received when I transferred from the Frisco Costco. Much closer for me. They said Frisco had done the same thing in my previous refill. When I get refills I refill all 8-10 prescriptions at a time. Who stands there and counts each pill. I told them I was shorted twice which totals 192 tablets. Their response “sorry, theirs nothing we can do about it.” I asked for the RX manager who wasn’t in. I asked to talk to Vickie the pharmacist. Never picked up after 30 minutes. The phone would ring back but I could hear them push the hold button 6 to 7 times. It is their error. I didn’t input my prescriptions incorrectly. Neither did my doctor. The couldn’t even tell if I was charged properly. I will get satisfaction and move my RX’s to any other pharmacy. They have the Highest prices on their medication. Check their Good RX prices vs others.

Love that they carry top brands and healthy foods in bulk especially for those of us who need to eat gluten free! They make healthy eating easy and offer a healthy selection for pets too which makes my grocery runs fewer and conveniently located at one location since I stop for my gas before leaving.
