Don't even go to that place... They have you waiting for an hour to tell you that they are going to close... super slow and rude... the fat woman who is there just keeps talking and doesn't even pay attention to what you say.

I've been going since I was a young kid, I'm 21 now. Best haircut place for men in DFW. Also, learn some Spanish before you go, some of the workers don't speak english

I went to cut my bangs and they sheared it all off. The top part was shorter than the bottom part and I told him that I wanted it out of my eyes and he cut it and cut it and it stayed in the same place and I better told the lady to leave it that way because I honestly don't know what I was doing if the hair stayed the same size. I called them if I could come back to have it fixed and they told me, I think so, with great insecurity. I gave them 3 chansas and each one worse.

Hey, I passed by this place wanting to get my hair cut, I spent an hour sitting waiting for them to call me, no other people came by, they signed up and immediately they passed by, I stopped to see my name in the booklet and I was 5 names down, a girl arrived and I looked at the last name. and I never looked at my name that was below I will never return to this place again

Okay so I have been coming here for like about 3-4 years on and off and honestly it really depends on who cuts your hair. Its funny I never really learned any of their names because I hardly like to talk. Now it depends who cuts your hair because some of the new young men are rude and racist. For me I never have had an issue and like on some occasions people confused me to being white for my light skin. But today I suppose they didn’t know I speak Spanish and when my husband came to get his haircut the guys refused to cut his hair but instead this nice lady did. When my husband was getting his hair cut I overheard the lady in the front ask him why he didn’t want to cut his hair and he stated because “his hair is easy since he is white plus I don't like doing white people hair”. Although, I wasn't personally attacked this was unacceptable. Another thing that was unacceptable was the guy who racially insulted my husband was making out with the lady in the front! I’m sorry I am all for romance, but work it work and their is a time and place for everything. Other than that I give this place three stars on just haircuts. Two stars on customer service and that’s pushing it. Lastly three stars on presentation, but what do you expect for a hair salon.

Manuel good doing his job he takes his time, unfortunately I cannot say the same about all staff professionalism, be ready to be treated like if they don't care about you as a customer (Manuel included) they don't work by appointments, first came first serve, to do this they have a notebook in which you sign your name and the stylist name, this is ok but the problem is when you're waiting for one hour or more and you're the next on the list but suddenly someone who was not at that moment but was there early just to sign the notebook take your place, in my opinion if you sign the waiting list but if you are not there when it is your turn you lose your place, this happens often and most of the time wir the staff's friends so if you decide to do your hair there be ready with you Netflix subscription and a lot of data for your phone.
Manuel is a good stylist, he always takes his time and does a good job. The reason for such a poor rating is due to the lack of professionalism of all the people who work there, Manuel included. An example of this is the way they take turns. Their haircut clients do not work by appointment, as the client arrives they are attended to, and to place an order the client writes down in a notebook along with the stylist who wants to attend to them, it often happens to me that After waiting for an hour and when I was next on the list, they moved on to someone else, and when I asked why the answer was that that person had arrived at the time they opened the business, they signed up on the list and left. and then she/he just had to return and without waiting they went on to take a turn that she/he should have already missed for not being present when it was their turn, this not only happened to me, it is a very practiced custom in that room in special to benefit “friends” so if you decide to get your hair cut in that place I advise you to ask for Manuel, have your Netflix ready and a lot of data on your phone plan otherwise you will have to wait two hours or more of the novels they have there all day.

First time I came, and I didn't like the cut they gave me. I explained to the stylist how I wanted my cut and she did it the way she wanted. I'm not coming back here again.
