Faraz has been helping to cash my checks. I think there should be more people like him, who has given me excellent service and his attention is incredible.
Faraz definitely 100% deserves a raise or a promotion to be a manager. I think it would be the best decision they could make.

I went there to cash a insurance check so I could pay some laborors and they said they could cash it. I waited an hour and a half and they acted like the check was stolen. The place verified the check was good and even called the insurance company and the mortgage company with me on the line verifying that they had indeed wrote the check out to me and gave them the amount and the check number. The funds were there but at the last minute the lady said that the owner didn't want to cDh the check after I waited a hour and a half and now it's to late to go anywhere else. That's just Bad business. I'll never go there again. They put you through the ringer and then the owner says no. WTF is wrong with him. He should've said no before puting me thru all that s!;:!. It's a place that makes you feel like a criminal and I'm a retired Police officer. I wouldn't go there again if they paid me to cash a check. I will definitely let everyone in Sachse know about this place. I have lived in Sachse a since I was a kid and I've never been treated so bad. This company should move out of Sachse. I sure it won't be there much longer doing business like that. Go anywhere else but this place or just wait and deposit it at your bank. This place is just used to taking people's money that do t have a bank account. Well news flash for those who can't get a checking account because of their credit Wells Fargo has a special program for people with bad credit and you can open up a checking account for 25.00 and everyone is approved and you get treated with respect not like this place that belongs next door to a liquor store. BAD, BAD, BAD BUSINESS

First and last time I go to this place, a boy with Asian features attended me today, October 17, around 6 pm, everything he told me he did with a terrible attitude and arrogance, making faces of exhaustion, and saying "ash" "aghh" and sounds of disgust every time I asked him something, until I got tired of his attitude and asked him if he was annoying about his work or what he wanted? Only then his face changed from arrogance to fear... I ended up leaving the place I wasn't giving my money to a service like that and I was not going to waste any more time with people without the slightest intention of doing their job. I'm surprised that you hire people so incapable, because it's not only the employee's fault , its also the person who hires people so incapable, without any social ability or education or the desire to do and keep his job, Make him understand that he is an employee and that he is not doing us any favors, but on the contrary, he eats and has a employment for the money of each customer...

I've been cashing my checks at Cliffs for about 30+ years started off in Oak Cliff when there was only one clips check-cashing a note click and then they expanded to the north Dallas, and so on and so forth and this location is really good most of the people that work here are decent people to deal with professional and nice.

I went in to pay electric bill recently, no one else inside when I got to the counter someone had left a couple 100s folded on the counter , I handed it to the girl working there hope the person got their money back

Cameron always gives excellent customer service! Never disappointed with his help and excellent attitude. Truly makes the experience easy and always helpful in more ways than one. He helped cash my sons first check today and gave him good advice in life for checks and banking. Thanks Cameron!
