Just got off the phone with a nice lady from the new company that took over for Clearpoint after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. She did acknowledge that there is no more website. She just didn't "understand" the problems. I haven't gotten a bill since February, when they didn't file insurance correctly. They did correct my date of birth and refiled the insurance but I've NEVER heard back from them. So I thought I'd do the right thing and try to call and pay what I know I owe them. She was happy to take my money-we agreed how much I owe. I left her with "lucky I'm an honest person who is pursuing YOU to make payment". He response is that anyone who didn't do that would just be sent to collections. (??) While Sherry was nice, the company is in disarray and I'd never recommend them. In fact, if I would avoid at all costs.

They don’t answer the phones. The website does not work when trying to pay medical bills.

I am not sure how this company is in business. Their business practices are illegal when it comes to billing and billing minors for patient bills instead of the parents that sign financial responsibility for the child. The ability to talk to a live person on the phone is a act of Congress and no well respected doctor office or health physician should partner with this company. The customer service is terrible and correcting issues and mistakes on their behalf is laughable. The rate for this review should be negative 10 but that wasn’t an option.

RIght. Trying to pay the bill for diagnostic work done at Texas Oncology (why, oh why, would Texas Oncology work with these labs?), but the web site has been down for 4 days. Let's see. I wonder. Probably time for the Texas Attorney General's office to get a complaint or two. BAYLOR HEALTHCARE ENTERPRISES LP, PBM HEALTH ENTERPRISES LP, and PHYSICIAN RELIANCE LLC are listed with the Secretary of State as having management interest in ClearPoint. How can these organizations tolerate the ratings listed here? How can I and others have such consistent trouble with their site?

Something seems very unprofessional with this place. Their invoices include a website to use for online billing. However, their website doesn't even seem to exist. I would think that in today's day-in-age, a business that advertises they have a website, would have it up and running. Unless, of course, they can't even pay their own bills.
