I was so worried when our TV wouldn’t turn on because it was an expensive OLED. I didn’t want to replace the TV, so after finding City ELECTRONIC’s online, I had to give it a try! Mike went above and beyond to make sure we had the right parts for our TV and the cost was super affordable. He was efficient and obviously very skilled and knowledgeable about all of the parts. My husband and I are so thankful. We will absolutely be referring him to friends and family!

Mike was so great to work with. He was extremely communicative, never late to an appointment, and was so kind and patient. He had to do some extra work to diagnose our TV's motherboard problem and didn't charge us extra for some of the time even though it involved extra trips to our house. He was never pushy and always wanted to save us time and money. Highly recommend.

Mike is Mr. Customer service. I've taken many TV's to Mike. And he never let's down. I've tried other places where they said they couldn't do it. Mike knows his stuff.

He is very educated with TV. He diagnosed the TV right infront of you, if you’re in rush, and let you know the issue.Also, great customer service and he is very professional about his paperwork and order.He fixed my TV in two days. I highly recommend him.

Mike was spectacular. Returned my phone call immediately. Over the phone, walked through the problem I was having . Mike suggested it sounded like my Roku stick and ask me to check that first, before he came out. That resolved the issue. Mike made a follow up call later in the day to confirm the issue was resolved. All this at NO CHARGE!Great communication, great technical knowledge and excellent follow up! If I could give 10 stars I would.City Electronics are going to be my first call from now on..

City Electronics bailed me out when another local repair service totally screwed up a repair on my microwave. They were awesome in their responsiveness and totally fixed the problem. They will be my go to repair service from now on!

Our tv was dropped off for repair and within two hours received a call with an explanation of the problem. We decided to go ahead with the repair and it was fixed in less than a week. Response time is fantastic and the service is excellent. I’m so glad we found this place and I highly recommend.
