Sadly I was very happy going here, my job uses this place and so does many of the people who work for my companyI took my car in for a diagnostic to find out why my car was throwing a code which was either the idle air control valve or a vacuum leakThey found the problem that it was the idle air control valve and offered to replace it which was very nice of them when I went to go pick up my car after declining the service because unfortunately I just didn't have the money. I noticed that there were several things done to my car. That was a tidbit odd to me. I have a camera in my car and my cigarette lighter and that was unplugged in the cord that was plugged into the power for the camera was my phone charger and that was ripped out and thrown into my backseat found it odd when I got home. I was here in this clunk found out that the bumpers for my hood were lowered. I had zip ties holding certain wires together. Those were cut and left in place. I also found out after my car started overheating that the radiator cap was loosened the next day it started overheating come to find out my radiator hose was also split. All that a friend was able to get me the idle air control valve and I put it in easy peasy. It's not hard after that I was driving it and now mind you. This happened literally within 3 days. All these issues that I started finding my car started throwing a misfire code which it has never done before. In these 3 years that I've owned this car well took out the fuel injector come to find out that the prongs for my fuel injector were bent on cylinder 2 and the plug arched through and across, now mind you these are fairly new fuel injectors. When I called up and explained the situation the person taking. I guess you could say my complaint or my concern however you want to word it was like, oh my oh my goodness they offered me to bring it back in and I declined because, I'm like if they did this stuff to my car previously. What are they going to do now which was my fear. He said that the owner would probably get in touch with me because of the severity of the issues found and I never did hear anything back. Sadly I will not recommend this place and I've told many people within my company what has happened and they were shocked and amazed seeing how they had good service from the brand. Not the location because they go to the one on Justin. I went to the one on 3040

Christian Bros Lewisville and Castle Hills handle the maintenance and repairs for my business's fleet of vehicles. Adrian is the best. They're always great about a quick turn over time, transparent pricing, and their waiting lobby has the best candy. If I lived closer, this is the only place I'd bring my personal vehicles. Thanks Adrian and the rest of the CB staff for taking such good care of our vehicles ❤️❤️

Christian Brothers Automotive are the best of the best. Dallas and Preston took really good care of us, kept us up to date with all the diagnostics, made sure we knew exactly what was needed and what we could hold off on for now. Will 100% recommend to anyone. Stellar communication and supreme customer service, didn't cost an arm and a leg either. If you worried about where to go have no fear, you can not go wrong with CBA, far above industry standard!

I called and made an appointment the morning of for a two wheel alignment got in and out and under 45 minutes and They promptly fixed an issue from a previous mechanic. I have been turning around since I was 16 years old and I would not hesitate to link my vehicle with this company for any amount of time for any work. Great job guys.

The staff at Christian Brothers is extremely knowledgeable and the customer service is superior! Rick helped me with all the different types of light bulbs my 2004 BMW would need. It was so much better than the BMW dealership! They got me in ASAP for a registration appt and also have a shuttle service for those of us balancing work and errands. Not only did they do an oil change, they also filled the tires up with air and checked out other maintenance to make sure I am safe driving the vehicle!

Recently had an issue with my vehicle that was very hard to diagnose with accuracy.Surprise #1 - CBA identified the issue but said it would take a week to get the parts. Given it was right before Christmas, they didn't want me to be without a vehicle for the entire week and said if I needed it right away they would recommend the dealer who would have the parts right away. I was impressed they would pass on a fairly large repair just so I wouldn't be without a vehicle.Surprise #2 - The dealer incorrectly identified the problem and I was quoted 3x the price of Christian Brothers, but for the wrong repair. Even after I explained the precise issue that CBA had found. So I took it to a 3rd repair shop which also couldn't correctly identify the issue.Surprise #3 - I brought the vehicle back to CBA but was skeptical as the other repair shops gave me 2 different quotes for different repairs. As someone who can barely turn a screwdriver, Preston patiently walked me through the issue and all the options available. He shared some of their research that went into identifying the issue and we ultimately moved forward with the repair. Preston's professionalism and attention to detail really shined here. While he didn't have to go out of his way, I was genuinely impressed with his patience and how thorough he was in investigating the issue.I'm pleased to say that CBA was right from the start and it's running like new again. The real thing that impressed me is their willingness to partner with me as a customer to find the best solution and not just about getting the repair. Huge shout out to Preston and for those that worked alongside him that I didn't get a chance to meet.Thank you!

I had my Volkswagen Passat repaired at this store. They changed engine valve and spark plugs a few other things. I have to compliment them on excellent service. They did very accurate engine diagnostic and found the problem right away. They fixed it the same day. The customer service is great. Service manager Preston was extremely helpful. Outstanding customer service.

Thanks to the folks that helped me at your shop, and the technician Abraham who caught an issue with my transmission that we didn’t know about when we came in. I had an older car (2010 Chevy with 130k) that I had hoped to get some more years out of, but knowing that the transmission was on its way out helped us make a good financial decision to not go ahead with the repairs and plan on getting a replacement car. It was so good to have the ability to make those decisions before having a breakdown, and even more so because we have two kids and they likely would have been in the car if the transmission had gone out while on the road. Thanks guys for taking good care of us, just wanted you to know that your looking out for your customers has a huge impact and we’re grateful!

The staff was pleasant to interact with and showed sincere concern when providing service. They were knowledgeable and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. Each interaction was personal and different. I had an issue with the warranty company and they advocated for me which is unheard of and which they will have a returning customer in me. I appreciate the service provided and the staff hospitality. Oh and the added bonus of having shuttle service is an A+.

Everything about my experience here was amazing! I wasn’t sure what was causing the issue in my car, and was very impressed not just by how quickly they were able to assess the problem, but also by how detailed the diagnostic exam was. It was a relief to know the problem wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been AND that everything else was working well. I was able to have them do the repairs practically the next day, and I was reunited with my car so much quicker than I expected!One thing I really appreciated was that everyone I talked to was so very kind. And for a non-car person like me, they explained things incredibly clearly so that I was sure I understood. And a big shoutout to the very sweet shuttle driver! So kind. I had decided to go to a Christian Brothers due to a family recommendation (from another city) and I’m so glad I did. I’ll definitely be going here for all my car needs in the future! Great experience! Dropped off my 2017 GMC 2500 duramax for a fuel filter replacement. Preston had great communication and customer service. They showed me the condition of the precious filter and explained how to keep the new one in good health. Great place! Great price! Huge recommendation!

It's great to know reliable car service technicians still exist. Of course, that's the way it should be.Baby bro took the car in not knowing what was wrong. They performed a complete diagnostic exam and returned with what was immediately wrong. That was fixed quickly, which allowed my brother to get back to work as usual.Personally the early open hours shows an understanding that people have things to do and places to be. Why can't everything be this easy?

Honestly this place is just so great. They are so kind and helpful. They serviced my car and even after I had an issue they were so willing to help me resolve it. They even called after to make sure my car was still ok after I left. I always always recommend this place. They do what they can and they do it like they care. Thanks so much guys hopefully I don’t have to see you soon but I know where I’m going if I do.
