Love this daycare!!! Ms.amber is one of my favorites, anything I need she looks out. Ms.Jessica is so sweet and she takes care of everybody. My son has been going here since he was 2 months (now 2) and loves it! All the teachers are sweet looks after the kids as their own. Thank you guys for anything y'all do for the kids!

My kids started attending Childtime in 2019. We initially started at the Glencairn location and when that closed we were moved to this one. Amber started at the old location shortly before it closed, so she’s very familiar with my kiddos. Though there’s been a bit of staffing changes as previous employees move on to other endeavors, Amber has stuck it out. My kids have grown close to her, Ms. Jacky, Ms. Charlene, Ms. Farrah, Mr. Derrick and Ms. Jessica (the director). I’ve gone through a few sudden life changes in the past and they’ve done what they can to help out. They’ve hosted sitter events where parents could drop off the kids and get some me-time. They’ve prepared low cost dinners for us that were ready for us to take home at pick up! They’ve always got little snacks up at the front for the kids to have on the way home. There hasn’t been a teacher that’s worked there that has mistreated my children. The communication is spot on. Ms. Jessica and Ms. Amber don’t play about keeping me informed. If there’s ever any second guessing they call me or message me to verify. I’m happy to say that my children will remain at Childtime for as long as I live close enough for them to stay.

My daughter has been going to Childtime for almost 3 years now. I just want to say all the teachers there are amazing. Big shout out to Amber, she is always helpful and in such a great mood. Whenever I need something done or a last minute request Amber is quick to get it done. Amber is awesome. I would recommend anyone to join Childtime.

Worst school experience ever. They don’t take account of their actions. They don’t watch over the safety of children especially if your child is of color, they disregard your concerns. My son got scratched on he’s face and sustained multiple scratches and a bruised leg . they covered it up and gave me false reports and charged me for the time he was out of school and not to mention the directors were very rude and unprofessional . Be very careful with this school.

if I could give it 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience with this daycare. They don't take account of their actions. They don't watch over the safety of children especially if your child is of color, they disregard your concerns. My son got scratches on he's face and sustained a bruised leg on two separate occasions . they covered it up and gave me false reports and lied that they don't have recorded camera footage and further charged me for the time he was out of school and not to mention the directors are very rude and unprofessional and cut the line on me. she claimed after he got scratched he didn't cry and looked okay, just because he has dark skin they didn't find it relevant to give him proper attention and report to me immediately and now he has permanent scars on he's face. They pretty much told me to suck it up and handle my own business. I advise you Be very careful with this school.

Kinda sucks but by all means if you need somewhere to watch your kids .. then ok. The daycare was different when the other director was there but unfortunately she left to take care of her parents. It’s been numerous occasions where they let my son play in ants and then said they told him to stop but he didn’t listen (3 year old). Bites up and down his legs. I also took OFF to spray on him before going outside but I doubt if they used it, he was still being bitten up and told me. They would also serve breakfast until 9 but if they arrive at 8:45 it’s no more or they already picked it up. I had to watch cameras to see if he had ate or not. He constantly got sick here EVERY week and I do mean EVERY WEEK!! He’s been in preschool thriving! No dirty clothes, sickness or ant bites! I am glad Amber stated they don’t pick up kids from school unless they have a disability or special needs. One less thing to worry about!

As Summer closes and the grade school kiddos are returning to school, I wanted to give a huge shout to Ms. Brooks and Ms. Amber for exceeding my expectation for Summer Camp this year. My son attended Childtime about 2 years ago for the summer and not to take anything away or discredit prior directors, but what Ms. Brooks and Ms. Amber was able to do this summer I will be forever grateful. The agenda they had scheduled for field trips and activities for the school age children was more than enough and more than what I could ever do for my son this summer. Every single staff member was friendly and professional, the facility was always clean with a pleasant aroma, and what I liked most was the male teacher representation that was present to help facilitate with the children. Thank you all so much for providing a fun-filled summer for my son and exposing him to various fun adventures that he will hold for memories.-C. Harris

I am beyond pleased with Childtime Lewisville. They have done a great job with getting our son ready for kindergarten. Brooklyn, Chasity, Amber and Tiera are amazing staff members. I love that I am able to communicate so much with them. We will definitely miss them when he starts kindergarten.

Walked in for service for a grade school child. The young lady at the front wouldn't allow is in and kindly looked us up and down and said their did not have any openings. Was dressed business entire and my child was in his school clothes. Sad case.

My son has been attending Childtime since he was 3 months old, he is now almost 3 years old. We absolutely love EVERYONE here from the infant room all the way up. They are all so attentive and caring. My son comes home happy all of the time. Thank you all!!!

I wanted to wait til my baby was One to make This Post , (11 months) to make sure I got the full experience, but the milestones my baby achieving right now ! THIS DAYCARE was been nothing short of AMAZING! They love my son like he’s their own, he been there since 2 months old and is there Monday through Friday, he loves ALLLLLLL of his teachers and they really really teach my baby SO much. As a first time mom , I was so scared to leave my baby with ANYONE, it’s so much going on in other daycares , I visited 5 and didn’t like any one them , then I Came here after I was losing hope, as soon as I opened the door, Brooke ( the director) Greeted me Sooooo welcoming, it smelled soooo clean , and I was like Yesss … this is it before I even toured. Amber was sooo gentle with me and made sure all my questions was answered showed me around and made sure I got a feel for the daycare. OMG when I say I loveeeeee his teacher Ms. Farah . Her energy is Unmatched! I take him early AM and she is always full of energy and love when she Greets you lol , I smile everyday I leave my baby because I know he’s in good hands!!! His PM Teacher Ms. Helen is too sweet and I love our daily conversations lol sometimes I just wanna kick off my shoes, sit down and just talking to her lol she makes it that comfortable! Everyone here is literally family with Each other and also the Parents and Kids. Thank you Ms. Charlene, Ms. Ana, Ms. Swag , His Second Mom (first Mom) lol Ms. T and everyone else to love my baby as much as I do ! Lol I really can keep going on and on about my experience you guys, please check them out! ?✨

If could leave no stars I would. This place is so unprofessional they do not take care of the kids, and now I have to change my kids daycare after only them being there for two weeks. I witnessed a caregiver pushing a little boy on the cameras when I express my concern, they told me that it was a special-needs that had behavioral issues. I don't feel safe with my kids here. If you're worried about the safety of your children, please look elsewhere.

My child has been attending this ChildTime location for 5 months. They have done an amazing job with my baby. She was a handful when she started because she has never been in a day care setting before. It was a rough start at the beginning for everyone involved. The staff Director Brooke and Director Amber and teacher Ms SWAG we're patient with my daughter and it payed off. My child loves ChildTime and the people in it. It is so beautiful watching her learn and grow. I love the fact that they send me pictures and updates throughout the day and am able to monitor her all from my phone.

This daycare is a real disappointment, as a mother you seek the safety and integrity of your children in exchange for a paid service. Many of us who have our children under their care do so because they go to work and this daycare gives them the freedom to suspend them when they already have many children in their care, inventing any pretext. Parents looking for daycare service to keep their children safe while they work? This is not the right place. Surely they will be taken out of work all the time to pick up the children and if you are Hispanic even more so.
