We used Cheetah movers two different weekends. The guys were all really nice but after the second crew moved our final items, they tried to force the refrigerator through the front door. Scratched and dented both doors and broke the water/ice panel.We were only offered $300. I called LG and was told the doors would cost $600 plus tax and shipping. When I made one of the owners of Cheetah aware of this, he never replied back and has ghosted us. It’s a shame that we have a $3000.00 refrigerator that isn’t working completely and looks awful.

Was not a very good experience, guy Neal was really good and understood the job. But overall not happy the way others were handling my stuff and time they were taking. Tried contacting the owner to communicate my displeasure but no return call.

They sent me a very unprofessional crew for my move. One of the movers was very rude and disrespectful. He was working very fast to a point that he scratched my headboard and tore off the back cover of my box spring. I asked him why he did not cover it like the other furniture, and he replied "you were rushing us". He was finding an excuse for his poor job.However, Madison, the moving agent was very professional on the phone and was willing to work out something with me.
