I will lead this review by saying that everytime i come into this branch, I leave in tears. This staff does not understand how to talk to people - and are rude and condescending. I work down the street and almost everyone I work with banks with Chase. For some reason, all of my co-workers have no issues when it comes to getting their full paychecks come payday, but mine hase been constantly flagged over and over for "fraud" - Whether I deposit in person or on the app.When going there for help, the teller is always shifting blame to the other bank (which happens to be Wells Fargo) or just super unimformative and dismisses my concerns. I've even had Wells Fargo ON THE PHONE WITH ME telling me the hold is coming from Chase. Wells Fargo was able to send me a paper trail of the check, even though I don't bank with them - because this branch was gaslighting me by telling me that Wells Fargo has a hold on the money. Do better.They have horrible customer service here. I've worked in the the customer service industry for YEARS and have never once spoken to someone like a was spoken to today. I left in tears (again) and only 20% of my paycheck "until further notice"

Do not Bank here...they never are helpful. Chase Bank cannot be trusted to care or problem solve.

The ATM machines rarely work when trying to make a deposit. Stopping here is just a waste of time.

My mom lost $20,000 through a wire fraud transfer that was allowed by this bank. Someone went into her account and wired $20,000 to a Wells Fargo account. We tried to work with this bank to give her money back and they did nothing. They do not protect their clients money but rather just allow crazy amounts of withdrawals to leave your account without the proper verifications and the. Tell you that there is nothing they can do about it. Now my mom has to go and hire a lawyer to possibly sue this bank so she can try to get her money back… literally her whole entire savings gone because chase didn’t do their due diligence to protect her money. We will be closing all of our accounts including our business account because we simply do not trust this bank to protect our money that we work so hard for.

So the guy doing the notary was really quick which I appreciated. You all should know that if you need something notarized, company policy prevents the employees from being witnesses. So I tried to elicit help from strangers in the bank. This one teller actually talked someone who had agreed to do it out of doing it. Like really you just had to make my life more difficult FOR WHAT. That's the basis for this review. Mind your own business lady.

I am considering pulling my money from this Chase bank location. The atm machines in the drive up lanes are always broke and when you advise the teller they state they have nothing to do with the atm machines...even though the Atms say Chase Bank on them. This branch really needs to get there act together. If the atms can't be kept up with put out cones or remove the machines.

Every time I need to get something done at this bank I have to wait days for an appointment. I’m ready to close my account and take my money elsewhere.

I walk in to make a deposit and open a new account, while it's not busy and was turned away and told to use the app to open the accounts or make an appointment and come back later. Went down the street and opened a new account with another bank.

Very helpful and very informative! I was thinking about opening a business account and after speaking with a representative, I feel much more confident in my future decisions.Also, before I started using the banking app, I always enjoyed chatting with the tellers while making weekly deposits. Great place to do business!

Im leaving chase after my debt is clear with them. I have been deposting checks for a long time with the app. I took the picture and it said the picture was acceptable. A day later im being charged 12 dollars because it says my check picture is not acceptable. Fix you app. Im done with this place.
