I have been living here for almost a year now and love it. Complex is peaceful, safe, and quiet. Cleanliness, safety, civility are maintained. I recently brought up an issue and once I communicated that issue to the property manager, Roniquia Nicholas, she immediately took care of the issue.
This apartment community is for well behaved civil people. Anything that disturbs the peace or the cleanliness of the establishment WILL NOT be tolerated. I believe this apartment complex and staff pride themselves on a well maintained, professional, and peaceful community. I take pride in it as well. The rent due every month is happily paid.

My apartment itself is really cute and comfortable.
That's about the only good thing about this place. When you tour they tell you about all the amenities they have and how wonderful the neighborhood is. False. Most of the amenities are broken or can't be used.
For those that can, usually have dog shit all over them, including the dog relief areas that residents leave. They are never supplied with dog relief bags, but even if they are, rarely they are used. So if you're okay with stepping in dog poop on the daily, this is the place for you. And maintenance is really good at emptying the dog crap garbage's and then proceeding to leave them there for at least a week at a time.
The "car wash" has been broken down for who knows how long, and I see no effort to get it back up and running.
In the "gym" most of the equipment is broken or makes a horrible loud sound.
The pools except for the big main one are horribly maintained. There's always trash everywhere including inside the pool. Not to mention several aspect of the pools like the hot tub is not actually a hot tub but a luke warm temperature.
When you move in, they are all great in the leasing office. They start out really kind to get you in. But as soon as your a resident, they don't care about you whatsoever. On these reviews, they are always telling people to contact the property manager, but when you do, she avoids you at all costs. If you raise and issue, you have to harass them to get any kind of answer or solution otherwise they will ignore you and hope you forget the problem. I have recently learned that my leasing agent was completely incompetent and then it became my problem, and guess what, they completely ignored me until I had to take care of it by myself.
As for any area on the property you might like to go spend time outside in, such as grill area, dog park, walking trail, etc. All of them are hazardous. If you want tetanus, they're great. But when you have a dog like me, it becomes extremely worrisome. I do not feel safe taking my dogs out of my apartment at any point because most areas are not taken care of.
I deeply regret moving in here and I've only been here for 3 months. Move in process is extremely misleading from the property and treatment you get when you're a resident.

Would love to give a huge shout out to Mayra for giving us an amazing tour. We got a very well detailed tour, she had great energy super nice. Hope she stays here for a while, seems like she knows a lot of people around the apartments, greeting everyone with a warm smile. Would definitely recommend to request tours with her.

I worked with Mayra Rodriguez-Jasso in the leasing office. She had me approved but my job was doing the most! They wouldn’t let me off work to save my life! I couldn’t move in like two or three times! I thought I wasn’t even approved no more! She worked with my schedule, worked with me on different apartment floor plans, move in dates, and she even looked at options to save a little bread. So I had to give her props for going above and beyond for me. She is greatly appreciated.

Maintenance has been very responsive and efficient! Usually requests are completed within 24 hours with a fix, very happy with the service. Improving security and amenity repairs (i.e gym equipment, car wash units, pool and irrigation leaks) would be a nice to do item for ownership to consider.

Norka makes sure the gym is very clean at all times. If a work order has to be put in on a machine she get it done. Wonderful customer service.
