I went to purchase a pair of boots from Cavender’s and found a pair I really liked. After walking around in the pair for an hour I realized the boots were too wide and felt too big. I drove to this location the morning before my flight to exchange them for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time, but offered to ship the right size directly to my house without an additional charge. Just received them today, no problems, they fit nicely and are super comfortable. Excellent customer service and staff is super friendly!

Got a new pair of boots, they were a little tight. I was told they should stretch during break in. If not they would stretch them
If that didn't work, I could trade them for another pair. Excellent customer service.

Worst calenders ever! Me and my family came in and its very slow only 2 or 3 employees and I asked the girl to help me w my niece for a larger size boot bc her foot is wider and she has to shop mens. And the girl point in the direction of mens and walked off and my niece is 15. I then asked the older gentleman at the front and he said if there's any over there they'll be on the front row and there's 15 rows of boots smh they don't have the boots out to try both on so we're over here looking like idiots . Again worst calenders ever.

I bought my favorite ARIAT Boots and also three pair of Jeans.
The staff gave me enough time to have a look for myself. And after a while they asked me if I need some help. This was a very convenient experience! I really enjoy when the staff doesn‘t talk to me in the minute I enter the shop!
I found everything I wanted! The shop was clean!

It was an experience. All good. Great place to get a souvenir of TX. Weather cowboy hat, boots, belt, clothes ect you will not be disappointed.

My friend Drove in from Jennings Louisiana here visiting family looking for clothes to wear to his Christmas party. I walked around this place for over an hour not one person asked if we needed help. There was an older Gentleman who ask 3 people looked at me and never asked me if I needed help. Some people are just stuck in there ways. We spent over 150.00 no one there got the commission.
