The team at Castle Hills Auto Service is not only fast but also provides realistic and reliable timelines for their services. It's refreshing to find a car shop that delivers on their promises. As a first-time customer, my experience was quite disappointing. I brought my Volvo in for service, and a few days later, when I tried to open the hood, I found that it was stuck. Returning to the service center, I asked them to investigate, and they admitted they had difficulty opening it during the oil change but hadn't informed me. They managed to force it open with a screwdriver. This was perplexing as I hadn't encountered any issues opening the hood before. It appears they mishandled it during service, possibly damaging the latch. Moreover, they mentioned they would provide a quote for fixing the hood latch whcih they never did. It's a valuable lesson for customers to always inspect their vehicle thoroughly, including the hood, to ensure no damage has occurred during service.

Great service nice and clean facility.I went in for a flat tire and they plugged it in free of charge. Tyler, my technician and the nice lady at the front were very friendly and helpful.

I have been here three times so far, and every time they have given me the BEST service, and at the most reasonable prices! They have a super friendly staff, and the management goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your service. I have even gone there with a leak in my tire, and they offered to plug it at no cost!!! Mobile tire places charge $110 to come to you and plug the tire, absolutely amazing! They have EARNED a customer for life, in my book. Also, the waiting area is very comfortable, even with a room to let your children play. Hands down the BEST in the Plano, Carrollton area.

I came here for an oil change on my SUV and they took my car right in. They have a nice waiting room, offer complimentary coffee, and have a kids play room. Took 20-25 for the oil change, happy with service!
