Tried calling for parts, was hung up on 2 times. Called back and was put on hold 3 different times without anyone answering, giving a name or telling me they needed to put me on hold. Waited 20 minutes and hung up. I’m sure they can get busy but wish they would be better with their phone call communication.

I love my job! The best job I've had in a while and long time set schedule great breaks and great lunch my co workers are great and friendly nice! My first week there I was already participating in Secret Santa. I plan on being here a while! My supervisor Brian is the best as well! Every one is awesome!

I've visited this CarQuest many times and they usually have the part I need, being a warehouse. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also provided my axles at a low price with free lifetime replacement!

On a Saturday night a rear window on my Yukon broke. I took it apart and saw that the regulator was destroyed. I figured I'd get one early Sunday morning, no problem. I went to 4 parts places looking for the window regulator. Nobody had one so I was getting ready to go the Stealership route on Monday. On a whim, I called Carquest and spoke to Juan. He was friendly and helpful and had the part in stock. When I went to pick it up, I discovered that the store was the warehouse and they had everything in there. Next time I need a part, it'll be THIS Carquest first.
