Got both cars detailed here with The Carnation detail package. Hard to find a full service detail anymore and this fit the bill for full inside/out detail for a reasonable price. Shout out to Jorge, the manager, for his great customer service in replacing a rubber floor mat that was misplaced. Make sure to check your floor mats after detail services as this was not noticed with the paper mat when I got the car back. Jorge made sure I got the car back as it was and replaced it with no questions asked. Great customer service, gaining a new customer. Thanks!

I stop by Carnation Car Wash for a quick and quality wash at least twice a week.
Great service, and I love their hand wheel shine. Their air freshner that you spray yourself is a plus for me.
The monthly membership is a must—unlimited washes at any metro location. Highly recommend!

Please do not use this car wash. They broke my hubcaps not once but twice. Ask for them to reimburse me for their neglect in watching my car getting onto the belt. Manager told me they will not pay for replacements. I stopped my monthly membership. Will not go back.

This should have been posted a few month's ago. We were having crazy storms. I 4got to close windows sunroof and at 5 am the most horrific storm sprung me out of bed, too late ! My car was FULL of water. I called several places to help this elderly lady out. Oh my. Carnation to the rescue! The manager and an employee picked up the car, detailed it so well it looks brand new! Customer service alone would bring me back, the prices are great, smiling helpful faces. Definitely won't use another. If you have not been here before, what are you waiting for? Thank you for being there for me as well as the awesome job you did. I'm amazed! See you there y'all!

Hands down the best car wash in Lewisville, Texas. This place is amazing. All of the vaccums are great and powerful. The manager George was making sure that everything ran effectively and efficiently. This is by far the best my car has looked.

This is the worst location out of all of them I shined my tires which I always do and this lady and kid started harassing me about paying for one spray of tires shine rather obnoxious! Especially the lady!
