Joe was great from start to finish! There was the standard paperwork that takes a while but the whole process was not that difficult. Less than 2 weeks after I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light came on and they immediately fixed the issue. Hopefully this car lasts a few years but I'll definitely be choosing these guys for my next car!

Joe and his buddy were freaking awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest from what I got out of the experience. They sold us a pretty solid truck, and just from the conversation that we had there I felt really at ease leaving with vehicle. If you're looking for any car you should give these people a call! ??

A 5 star review since I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car from here, I had a variety of cars to choose from, and I chose a bmw 320i they had, which they provided a carfax, and recent inspection papers for me. The car has been amazing with no issues! Not only did they provide me a great price, I now have a dealership I can refer back to that I can trust, that I know will help my family, friends or I out!

So glad I went to Car-Blok in Lewisville! Russell and the crew there know good cars and talk openly and honestly about the vehicles on their lot. If you don’t know which Honda/Mercedes/Audi are likely to last the longest after 100k miles, these guys can help. Was surprised when I looked these nice people up online. Wanted to see about 09 Mercedes Benz R350, they had it and it was clean too. But saw ML350 2011 which spoke to me very nicely. No nonsense they helped in with paperwork and gave me the keys ,told me to enjoy myself.....Wife and I did .We loved it and purchased was easy. Need more car dealers like these 2.Russell and Joe will answer any questions you have. Yes I highly recommend them.

Vary unprofessional. I have let them know I can't make the payments they said that they would send a truck to get the vehicle it's been months noone has showed up iv attempted to call several times. I don't know what to do with this car but it needs to be gone.
