“Got both cars detailed here with The Carnation detail package. Hard to find a full service detail anymore and this fit the bill for full inside/out detail for a reasonable price. Shout out to Jorge, the manager, for his great customer service in replacing a rubber floor mat that was misplaced. Make sure to check your floor mats after detail services as this was not noticed with the paper mat when I got the car back. Jorge made sure I got the car back as it was and replaced it with no questions asked. Great customer service, gaining a new customer. Thanks!”
“This place is great card reader works gives a great 12 mins and only charges me $3 I can wash my whole car and clean all the windows and the vacuums are great. I haven’t had any issues at and all 100% recommend over any drive through car wash this is much better.”

“This establishment is really good. I have visited it at least three times. The first time was on August 3, 2022, the second time was on January 14, 2023, and the third time was on March 11, 2023. Each visit was a great experience because the equipment was well-maintained, and the staff towel-dried my car afterward.
I think it would make a big difference to have at least one cashier available at all times. On my first and third visits, I had to wait for a few minutes because there was no one at the cashier spot. The person there was busy prepping a car to go through the tunnel. However, he eventually arrived to assist, and when he did, he provided excellent customer service and was very helpful and friendly.
I still believe new owners are needed as of 2024 due to recent bad reviews mentioning malfunctioning equipment and non-functional vacuums. It would be great to have at least one pay station with a cashier alongside the kiosk. Additionally, there should be an unlimited member-only lane and more free self-service vacuums, and the equipment should be refurbished to run like it's brand new again.”

“The Mill Street car wash is easy to get to while located and seems to be in generally good repair. Don't let the neighborhood keep you from going there. The wash times are pretty normal for the area. Every time I have been there all of the vending machines have been full of product if you need towels or rags they have them there. About the only thing I can think that I would change would be to put in a credit card reader. That would make it much easier to use the car wash and not have to carry all the coins. On the plus side the bill changer does accept 5 and $10 bills, but not $20 bills.”

“I have been coming to Docs for a little over a year. When I moved to Lewisville my spouse said he was coming here every weekend. I finally came and I’ve been so happy with the service and friendliness here. They were servicing my Chevy Equi and now my BMW! I come from Carrollton just to get real customer service. Very thankful for the reliability for so long.”
“I used the self service car wash at this location for my work truck. I did not use the vacuums or additional services at this location. For the car wash, the pressure was actually good. Even the foaming brush foamed really well. I also used the bug remover and it actually had the green solution in it. Overall this was a well functioning, fully stocked, self service car wash, and any of us who use them really appreciate all those things!”
