“Got both cars detailed here with The Carnation detail package. Hard to find a full service detail anymore and this fit the bill for full inside/out detail for a reasonable price. Shout out to Jorge, the manager, for his great customer service in replacing a rubber floor mat that was misplaced. Make sure to check your floor mats after detail services as this was not noticed with the paper mat when I got the car back. Jorge made sure I got the car back as it was and replaced it with no questions asked. Great customer service, gaining a new customer. Thanks!”
“My favorite self serve? Car wash haha. Only 4 car ports. Really enchanting looking. Swipe your card, $3 for 12 minutes and press the button before the time runs out for 25 cents a minute. Takes quarters too.”

“I just brought my car back from getting the Main Street Special and could not be happier. It had been a few weeks and several hundred highway miles since I had had it washed. Lots of bugs and grime and when they had finished with it it looked very shiny. My wife even commented on how good it looked. We have been going to Main Street Car Wash for years and have always been happy with the job they have done, be it a regular wash, inspection or full detail. I just walked across the street to the shopping center, easy to lose track of time in the book store, shopping, and had lunch. Wish I took before pictures so you can see the difference!! “I used the self service car wash at this location for my work truck. I did not use the vacuums or additional services at this location. For the car wash, the pressure was actually good. Even the foaming brush foamed really well. I also used the bug remover and it actually had the green solution in it. Overall this was a well functioning, fully stocked, self service car wash, and any of us who use them really appreciate all those things!”
“The Mill Street car wash is easy to get to while located and seems to be in generally good repair. Don't let the neighborhood keep you from going there. The wash times are pretty normal for the area. Every time I have been there all of the vending machines have been full of product if you need towels or rags they have them there. About the only thing I can think that I would change would be to put in a credit card reader. That would make it much easier to use the car wash and not have to carry all the coins. On the plus side the bill changer does accept 5 and $10 bills, but not $20 bills.”

“Timothy is the absolute man!! I called him Friday morning due to an emergency cleaning being required for our BMW X5. I'm in Plano so google wasn't showing his place in my search results, so I went with Grok AI, who listed EcoPal as one of the best in the metroplex as specific car detailing. This was a dog accident in the car situation and it smelt TERRIBLE. It was only 25 minutes to get to him, he assured me this would be taken care of and sent me to a local restaurant to hang out at until he was done. When I got back a couple hours later, car smelt brand new again! I was shocked and pumped. I plan on telling EVERYONE about him, not only in the Flowermound, Denton, Lewisville area but also the Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson and Dallas area. If you're from any of these areas reading this review, the drive is worth it 100%. Rest assured your car needs the care, Timothy is the man for the job and there's worse places to hang out for a couple hours than Main Street. Thanks for everything , Timothy and EcoPal!”
