I recently had an appalling experience at the Burlington store located at this location. I purchased several ladies' handbags and, at the time of purchase, I made sure to ask about their return policy. The staff clearly stated that returns were accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
However, when I returned to the store to return a few bags that we didn't need, I was shocked by the disgraceful and unprofessional behavior of the staff, particularly a cashier of Mexican descent and the store manager. They were shockingly rude, dismissive, and outright refused to process my return, despite the fact that I was well within the return policy guidelines.
The level of rudeness and lack of customer care was astonishing. They showed no willingness to listen to our concerns or offer any assistance, leaving us feeling completely disregarded and humiliated. Their attitude was nothing short of contemptuous, and I left the store feeling deeply frustrated and powerless.
This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at any Burlington location. It's utterly unacceptable for any business to treat its customers in such a hostile and dismissive way. I am appalled by the behavior of the staff and the lack of basic customer service. Burlington needs to take immediate action to address the toxic atmosphere at this store and ensure that their staff understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism.

This is the worst Burlington store I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible. Their responses were arrogant and rude. I strongly advise against visiting this store.

They shut down the restrooms only for EMPLOYEES?!?!?!! SERIOUSLY??? A full store full of people, and no restrooms ?? And they worm because the white manager went inside and used it but closed it for the public really???
