Good experience, easy. I should have written the employee's name down to thank him, but I was running late. He took care of us when their corporate office couldn't, ran into an issue with being stuck behind a 2 hour traffic jam. (18 wheeler jacket knifed across a two lane road, no fatalities thank goodness) and we weren't going to be able to return the rental before they closed. Their corporate office customer service wanted to charge us an extra $300, thank heavens this location and their staff had a better solution.

We had a mistake that I made with our reservation yesterday and Justin and JaVonte were SO good to us! We always rent from this location because they are on top of their inventory and supply the BEST customer service!

Dishonesty bussiness. Booked 7 days ahead and paid in full amount. On pick-up day, they simply tell you they are sold out and pay nothing to compensate your loss!

If I could leave no stars I would. This was the worst service I have ever had. I pre-paid for my rental over a month in advance. I asked them if the documents I had for the rental were sufficient and they said yes. I brought all paperwork and my debit card that they already authorized with more than enough money in my account for the deposit and they denied me the rental. Left me, my fiancé, and baby stranded up there looking for a new rental place on no notice so I couldn't find another rental & wouldn't give me my money back for 3-5 business days but because of Easter holiday they said it will probably be next Wednesday before I get my money back. F*** this place and the customer service and the desk guy for being liars & scumbags.

Don’t book here. They will not let you know even if there is no vehicle available. I had to pay for a Uber trip just to hear that they don’t have any car available even after booking 3 days in prior.

Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.

Do not rent a car from here! I needed an emergency rental for a road trip for. Wedding out of state. They will charge your card 3 times the amount and make an excuse and say that it was a computer error. I didn’t even notice at first I went to check my spending and noticed I was charged 600$ for an agreement of 180$. When I called to inquire they said they were taking care of it and didn’t! I eventually had to call corporate to fix the error. Corporate said these guys didn’t even fix the issue. The guys who work here are incompetent and don’t know how to do the billing correctly. Do not rent from this location!! I don’t care how desperate you are for a rental car.

Turned car in a day early, I handed the keys to the counter attendant, he asked if he could just email me the receipt since it was about 15 minutes before they close and he had a person in front of me. I said sure, assuming in good faith he would check my car in the day I brought it back. Much to my disappointment he didn't check my car in till the next morning which added an extra day to my rental. I called and spoke to the same employee, who said he would fix it. 2 weeks later, never corrected and I have since had no luck getting anyone to answer the phone at that location. Sent an email and still nothing. So my advice is, don't leave the counter until you have a receipt in your hand, regardless of any inconvenience it may cause the staff. (It also shows my car being picked up and starting the rental at 3:56 AM, didn't pick the car up until after 5:00 PM)

Picked up a car today while mine is being repaired. The office is a little grimy, but the clerk was friendly. Also, he held my reservation for me (a Fastbreak member) although several people had been in that day asking if the car was available.

It's always great when you arrive at your destination to quickly get on your way - whether traveling for business or pleasure. Beyond the wait for the car rental bus from the DFW terminal - we had a short wait in line with a few people in front of us. Our agent was friendly and efficient and she quickly got us on our way. We were politely offered a reasonable upgrade which I loved was an offer and not pushy like I've experienced on other trips. The car ran great and served our purposes for a business and leisure quick trip. When returning the car - they had our receipt before we even stepped out of the car. Great service!

I would like to thank Justin at avis/budget. After Ryder hung me out to dry and did not provide the cargo van that I had reserved. Justin was able to get the van. He was extremely helpful. He reminded me that I had forgotten to fill up with gas and saved me a $30 fee on my return. I was able to leave my car overnight. Excellent experience and I will use them again. However, Ryder is a different story...

Website said they provide pickups - they didn't answer the phone for an hour, and then declined to pickup. Website says they accept debit cards with a hold and a utility bill (like other rental car places), but when I finally spoke to the local agent, he said they didnt take debit cards. Had to get another ride to school for my kid and missed work bc false claims on website. Avoid.

Be sure to ask for a parking.permit .it cost $364 to get my car back after if was towed from leaving in their customer parking space the guy inside doesnt tell you need abpermit..says you should have read it...he also didn t even offer to take.me to.the towing company to pick up my personal vehicle . You will be stranded there ..he told me 200.00 for.pro tow ..nope not true they charge for everday.they have your car storages fees and the tow taxes..etc..rip.off .tried to call budget customer service just as rude and passes the buck on to you as you fault and nothing.they can do if there staff didnt inform the customer. I asked for.a customer relations department they say
