After hours of researching bridal boutiques I decided to visit BB Lewisville first and I am so happy I did! I can’t thank Danielle enough for her incredible help in finding my perfect wedding dress! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and understood my vision. Her expertise and enthusiasm transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a joyful one. Angela was attentive and efficient, without making me feel rushed! She was patient as she let me try on my dress 3 times between other dresses. She pulled a style that I wouldn't have necessarily chosen for myself but included several elements from other styles I had shown her, and it ended up being the one! Great experience for me, my mom, and sisters!

Not even sure where to start with this experience but I bought my Vera Wang dress here back in January. When I came to pick up my dress in May it had a completely different sweetheart neckline than the dress I tried on and definitely seemed a bit bigger than a bridal size 0. Upon trying on when picking up the lady helping me informed me that the original dress I tried on was altered for the runway and she was shocked that my bridal consultant didn’t tell me. At this point there was nothing I could do and they assured me it was an easy fix in alterations. They ended up giving me $150 credit towards alterations but it ended up being $240 total for fixing this mistake. It was an a complete mess and caused me stress for months trying to get it as close as to the dress I tried on.
After all of this. I scheduled my dress pressing on Friday the day before my wedding. Upon driving to get my dress pressed, 30 minutes before my appointment they informed me of a festival happening in the area and of instructions of how to get in. The whole center of the town was blocked off within a 3 mile radius. Meaning I would have to walk my dress 3 miles from where I parked. If I would have known this when I called, I would have never scheduled this appointment, the boutique should have informed me of this. I ended up having to do it myself since I couldn't physically walk my heavy dress through town. SO MUCH UNNECESSARY STRESS THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING.
This boutique caused SO MUCH STRESS AND TEARS before my wedding, if you’re a bride reading this. I would definitely shop somewhere else and save yourself the stress.

I had an AMAZING time at my appointment. I walked in knowing what I did and did not like. Angela helped us find some amazing options that exceeded expectations! Not only that but she still showed me options that weren't in my original vision just to help solidify how we felt. This appointment was so calm and I did not feel any pressure to make my decision. With all that being said I said YES to my dress and veil. So happy to have stumbled in one day but even more happy to have made my appointment to meet with this wonderful team. Thank you so much Angela!!

I had the best experience here. I came from Iowa with family to try on dresses for fun and ended up finding the one! Alexis was so helpful, sweet and patient not just to me but to my family as well. The selection of dresses there are incredible & the atmosphere is beautiful. Highly recommend going here you will not be disappointed!

I had the best experience with Angie as my stylist. She found me the perfect dress and veil for my wedding in my budget. I had such a fun time with my guests. The champagne was such a nice touch as well. I cannot wait for my dress to arrive in January, and i will be recommending BB Lewisville and Angie to all of my engaged friends!

Congrats you figured out to how to update your website! You could have made it right, but instead, you change it AFTER the fact and then lie about it. You guys are clearly incompetent because I left a screenshot on my previous review. I will include BOTH pictures… again.

False Advertising!! It says on their website that there is no charge for an appointment. They tried to charge me $25 for an appointment and their reasoning was that their website hasn’t been updated and she didn’t understand what the problem was. Really? $25 is pocket change!!! It’s the principal! I will be going to Iconic Bride where they do state in their website, there is a $50 appointment booking fee .
